Kids facilities were fantastic, the best we've seen. The staff were absolutely brilliant, always smiling and full of energy. The food options were very good. The rooms were a little dated but plenty of options and comfortable.

Everything was perfect, especially a variety of foods and drinks. Staff' behaviour was excellent and friendly. Moreover, the people who came to the hotel were very polite and cultured, and we never had bad feelings in all areas. Finally, I strongly recommend the hotel for families and people who are looking for a calm place and, full of activities.

1) to host “conference guests” weren’t the best idea of the resort management. nothing against individual domestic guests, but the “reseller of ECA, Buderus” from everywhere in Türkiye showed a disturbing behaviour to the usual tourists… not a pleasant experience for me even if I’m Turkish 2) The espresso bar staff were unfriendly when they have had to serve espresso from the real espresso maker (why?)

Location was great. The private beach with beach recliners with and without shade (for sun bathers) and the pier leading out into the sea were an excellent arrangement. The food had great variety and was delicious. Walking paths, swimming pools and sea dips added to the enjoyment. The staff were all courteous and helpful.

The central air conditioning of the rooms was kept off. The rooms were warm and uncomfortable. After repeated complaining the air conditioning would be switched on for a few hours and then switched off again. This made sleeping difficult.

The staff did their best to make sure that everything runs smoothly and the guests are enjoying their time. The pier is amazing! I really appreciated that I stayed at the hotel I requested (best sea view, top floor) and the fact that a local friend could enjoy a coffee during my check-in.

I really got surprised that during my last day I had much less options for dinner and breakfast. The staff did their best to provide everything would be possible but for that specific dinner I would expect more options. I am not sure if the A/C really worked as A/C or as an appliance to recycle air. I would appreciate if the temperature in the room would be a bit lower. Also, water pressure in the bathroom could have been higher.

this hotel is very good for families with kids, it’s not big, neither small, we walk easily from beach to restaurants and kids club. the choice swimming pools and very clean sea. another sport activities and the program of the night

the quality of beverages (as cocktails or wine) but it’s not only at this hotel

friendly and easy atmosphere. kids club kept the children happy so we could relax.

The resort is hidden within trees and blends itself very well with the surrounding nature. The layout of the hotel, decoration, food quality, location is great. The entertainment staff is also very helpful and was indeed very entertaining.

I was expecting a bit more from a 5-star hotel. For instance, there is only one of everything e.g. ping pong table, archery target, foosball table, heated pool, which made it very busy even at the end of the season (end of October) so I can’t imagine what it must be like in season. The AC in the rooms was not working well, it was barely blowing cold air, not sure if they change the settings outside the hot summer season but if not it must be boiling in summer. Some issues with the Wi-Fi when we arrived as well even though that was quickly fixed. Finally for an international hotel, very few of the staff actually spoke English which made it difficult to communicate.

The hotel doesn’t follow any safety rules. My mom broke her arm the moment when we checked in because the floor was wet. The hotel staff wasn’t helpful at all and didn’t help us with anything. The management didn’t even apologize.

one if the best resorts we stayed at , everything you thought and want was there , beautiful clean resort with so many entertainment options , nice staff , great cleaning services and perfect overall services , many options for food every day , great location large swimming pools , nice clean beach area , perfect stay for family. for the entertainment and animation team : WOW that's the only word to describe the entertainment team big thank for all their effort to make everyone happy , there was all day and night activities for adult and kids without a fail everyday.

there is nothing to complain about

Good hotel, friendly amd helpful staff, very nice location. We stayed in deluxe and in standard rooms. Deluxe was perfect, fresh, spacious, lots of storage space. Standard was fine, but I definitely prefer deluxe, the difference is really feels. Good variety of food and excellent service. Always found something new to try. Animation team is great, friendly and easy to communicate. Very nice evening programmes and parties. It's amazing how area is changing for the theme party! The beach and pool areas are great. The hotel was full, but there were always lots of sunbed available everywhere. Changing rooms, showers, toilets, everything is very convinient. Everything is clean and constantly managed by staff. I really like that kids zone is separate to all other areas and you can relax without noise from kids😄 Very convinient location, just 45-50 minutes from the airport, some shops are just 7 minutes away by foot, and Kemer isn't far too. Generally, I feel really safe and comfortable there.

The pillows and mattress weren't very comfortable for me, but it's just a personal preference. For other people with whom I stayed it was fine. The light in the hallway near the bathroom is switching off automatically and it's too long (like 10-15 minutes). It's really uncomfortable, especially during the night. We didn't find how to switch it off completely. I don't like that air conditioner switches off immediately after you open a balcony. Sometimes you go to the balcony for 30 seconds just put stuff to dry and you have to switch on the air conditioner again. I'd like to have some hooks in the shower and above the sink, a shelf near the toilet for putting there wipes and sanitary products, one more trash bin near the sink (the bin was near the toilet and it's separated by small wall, it wasn't convinient). I was a bit surprised that for the fish restaurant you need to pay extra 15€ per person. The hotel is quite expensive and it feels a bit awkward to pay extra for fish and seafood, especially when you literally at the sea. The hotel definetely is making an effort to cook specific cuisines for people from different countries. I'm originally from Russia, but I live in another country for many years, I was surprised and happy to see Russian food there, but only Borsh was tasty unfortunately. That would be nice if the team just consult with someone how to cook it properly. Would be nice to have a signs at the restaurant with type of meat. I don't eat lamb and I asked everytime whether it's lamb or beef as the look similar. There is a photograph who offers his service and he was a bit too intrusive. If I say no, it's no. I don't want to have further discussion about photos. I found the spa is a bit too expensive. Price for massage (65-70€) kind of the same as in London. From my previous experience in Turkey it always was more affordable.

Cleanliness is the key word for this hotel! The rooms and the facilities are exceptionally clean. The staff are so kind, and you always know that they are there to make your holiday perfect!

Maybe they could reduce single-use pet bottle consumption. Else, nothing!

The hotel resort was lovely. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The entertainment team were amazing and were tentitive towards all the guests. We were there at the begining of August for two weeks. Food & drinks: The food variation for breakfast, lunch and dinner was good. There were some themed nights which helped alternate the different buffet options. There was a great selection of drinks (having steps to allow for the little ones to go up to the bar and choose their drinks was very good). There were many small fridges filled with bottles of water. The only downfall I'd say in terms of food and drink is that there is so much wastage. The pool: The pool is all one level but is deep for the little ones. It was a good size and at certain points of the day could be busy. The trees planted around the area mean that some of the pool falls into the shade which is great if you want to be out of the shade. There was a relaxed pool - we only used it when my son has swimming lessons with Ingrid (she was brilliant) and my son could by the end of the sessons dive to get his toys at the bottom of the pool. There was also some slides that was near the kids area (about two min walk from the main pool).

The beach: I am a beach and sea lover so I was extrememly disappointed, this is not the fault of the hotel and blame myself.Although I checked the photos and thought I had a sandy beach, it was not. The sandy was gritty and there were large pebbles so the best way in and out of the sea was from the end of the pier.

This was our second time that we stayed in this hotel after one year and we again liked it a lot. I can say all the good words about that hotel and not any bad word about it. We liked everything including food, entertainment, cleaning, bars, pools. And last but not least - hard working people working there make this hotel special, all the time trying to help when needed.
