One of the best beach locations in Phuket. The beach front villas are absolutely amazing, literally 30 seconds from your bed to water. private sun-beds on the beach dedicated only for beach villas. Most importantly amazing value for money.

Property is very old and needs a refurbishment. Rooms are clean but since they are old you feel like it’s not super clean but it’s just old. Also quite a lot of insects like ants and geckos but I don’t mind as I like to be close to beach.

Quiet, functional with a big private beach. Staff were very nice. Villa had a nice pool for a dip/cool down. 15-20 mins from the airport

The beach is amazing, very private, absolutely stunning. We had a room with the pool looking onto the beach which was very nice. Pool table overlooking beach to, was great. Staff very helpful.

The room smelt musty, couldn't get rid of it, the fly screen door was rickety, the room needed far better cleaning, coming from staying at a modern airy hotel previously the lovely location wasn't enough, there are also no nearby shops or restaurants to walk to.

The beach the hotel is on is private and stunning. Its very quiet and a 20 minute walk to the town / other places to eat etc.. The room was very comfortable and clean but the whole resort is very tired and of some tlc.

Facilities were run down and food ordinary. It was 3 maybe 4 stars not 5. The place looked tired.

This is an excellent hotel in a fabulous location. The rooms are in need of some refurbishment- but the staff and food are very good. We will definitely go back.

Noisy, poorly placed aged air conditioning.

The location was perfect for people who wants privacy as there is no outside vendors to roam the beach with guests.

The property itself needs touch up, everything looks old and unkept. Saw many dry rots and nails sticking out from deck area.

the beach is beautiful and was the best part of the stay. I also liked the overall location in a much quieter part of Phuket … but having a hire car is a must in my opinion. the staff where also very friendly and helpful

it is old and dated and frankly parts of the infrastructure are falling apart … the wooden stairway to the villas is rotten in places and the uneven floor boards are a trip fall hazard at night. Our villa had a ceiling crack that run the length of the room. it certainly is not 4star it’s a 3 star at best. A real pity the owners have let the place go because it really could be a great resort.

The location is quite beautiful with the villas built into the hillside, overlooking a beautiful beach reserved for guests at the resort. We booked the room is seaview with spa pool. First day, they provided seaview room only without spa pool but we didn’t immediately realise. We were so tired and slept after our journey. When we checked the room again after wakening up we realised NO pool spa. At reception, after checking for around 10 minutes, they admitted their mistake and apologised. They asked whether we wanted to change the room that night. We opted to do it the following morning. Overall service is above average. Staff polite and courteous at all times. All in all, we score this resort only 3 star. 3 stars is mainly for the private beach which is splendid. It provides easy access to the sea and gets deeper very gradually. The waves at the beginning of the week were fairly strong and cation needed but later it calmed considerably allowing very pleasant swimming.

We chose Andaman White Beach Resort for our Phuket Holiday in 2022. We booked this resort after checking photos and price only at Booking.com & Agoda without reviewing any comments from others. It looks very nice from the photos provided by the hotel. The location is quite beautiful with the villas built into the hillside, overlooking a beautiful beach reserved for guests at the resort. However, on closer inspection the tiered pathways constructed from decking material are desperately in need of repair and maintenance. The steps between levels are a combination of stone and decking. The decking was loose and on more than one occasion, when stood upon, gave way. As this is an essential communication path from villas to other facilities, it needs to be attended to before there is a serious accident. We would like to mention some other items need to be improved: 1. Hygiene of swimming pool, spa pool & room. 2. Some stain was found on pillow & bed cover. 3. Quality of food is above average but not so many choices. After one dinner and two lunches, we had exhausted the choices we liked. A separate and different menu for dinner would have improved matters. 4. It’s overpriced for the resort, food & beverages. 5. How come no beach umbrellas ? 6. Inadequate pool lounger. 7. The massage bed is too aged. It is clear that the resort has suffered over the pandemic without essential maintenance being done before reopening and while this is understandable safety of guests has to be paramount.

Great beach location, beds were comfy & food in the restaurant was also good.

The hotel is clearly in need of a refurb, doesn’t look nearly as polished as it does in the photographs. The beach front suites are much better than the other rooms (stayed in both, the room at the top was musty and damp). Disclaimer - it did rain for the majority of the time we were there, but there’s not much to do at the hotel / only one restaurant (and nothing in close walking distance).

really enjoy with a spa pool in our room , and enjoying at the beach, also their staffs are very nice.

location a bit far from the city but I think is perfect , if you want to stay close to the airport.

Beach front and easy access, breakfast included bacon, the room was a good size, garden areas were very beautiful, especially the outdoor lighting at night time.

The spa was closed, the gift shop was closed, the shower/bath design was terrible and outright dangerous, the jacuzzi pool was disappointing (only two jets and not facing the ocean as per photos), and the place mats on tables were disgusting and unhygienic.
