Location. Integrations with nature.
Food. Could be better. The menu should be varied from day to day.

natural environment

1. Good location near train station and bus to Machu Picchu.
2. Nice, lush garden with a good collection of plants and hummingbird feeders.
3. The bar and reading room area is really charming and cozy.
4. Staff brought over wood for the fireplace in the room
1. Reception and porter service at the train station need to be better organized.
2. I wish I had not booked all-inclusive and had dinner elsewhere.

The hotel has wonderful surroundings (orchids garden, views) with luxurious vegetation
The rooms are old, cold and not confortable - more like a 1970's hotel never refurbished. Not worth the price.
4.4
the view the energy that the place emits very natural
it is a very expensive place

The staffs were friendly and attentive! I love how the hotel is nestled into natures and mountains! It feels so serene. I would totally recommend this hotel and I would love to stay here again!

Food was excellent - especially dinner and breakfast. Grounds/culture were beautiful, rustic/secluded but still clean/comfortable/modern.

Customer service was outstanding, especially Miriam at the front desk. The trails were wonderful and the ambience of the property was fabulous. There were tiny waterfalls and the soothing sound of gurgling fountains everywhere. Great food and a very quick walk to the plaza in Aguas Calientes.

Beautiful setting with lush rain forest and birds. spacious room, friendly and helpful staff. Good spa/massage.
The buildings are getting a little rundown, especially the roof tiles which need cleaning/replaced but overall it’s a lovely property

The food was amazing and included within the room rate. Also the free entertainment like bird watching, learning about orchids and how to make tea was exceptional. The property looks amazing and is perfect for sweet romantic stay where you can relax.

The place is simply amazing. And escape from the vibrating city to the oasis of peace and happiness. Beautiful nature, warm comfortable beds, natural repelents, pods with hot water, excellent sauna and massages, tasty food, all the boxes ticked!

mosquitos. so bring repellant!

located right off the train station but far away enough the train wasn’t bothersome. facilities were well maintained, clean, and staff was ultra friendly.

great location; loved half board; beautiful room; half of the staff very friendly, half not so much
giving an 8 as it was truly overpriced

Houses were really cute.
When we got there, we were told we could take the walk at sunset and it was for kids. It is not!!! At the restaurant, the attendance at lunch was really bad and slow.

Thermal waters was amazing, so was the service. Everybody is really nice and kind.

It was a true highlight of our trip! We stayed for two nights here, but next time will plan more time here. The room was perfect, we had a fireplace what made the evening very cosy. But a special compliment goes to the eco club team. We did a couple of complementary excursions (bird watching, tea making, orchids walk) and enjoyed it very much! All the guides were very competent and we learned a lot!

Great view from a Room.
Nice location with beautiful walking tours.
Great cocktails and social area.
Fantastic private guide to Machu Picchu.
Food was alright but nothing special.
They seem short on staff — said they would meet as at train station and no one showed up. Wasn’t an issue since the hotel is close to station and we had backpacks.
4.4
nice location, beautiful rainforest
the staff there are not very friendly and not helpful. There are spider on our bed and we called the staff and they came and checked out the bathroom and left. We called and explained it’s not in the bathroom it’s on our bed nobody understands. it’s just one of the incidents. overall experience was very frustrating starting from checked in. The reception doesn’t really explain anything about the hotel( it’s a big place) we have to ask for every single information, and got a rolling eye. from her. we paid a lott for the suit this doesn’t feel like money well spent.
