great location, neat and tidy, and our room (#12) was very spacious. ideal for a family with two single beds and a very large double.

car park isn’t the largest, but works ok. our room didn’t have a view, didn’t matter to us as we were out and about and the beach is about 30 steps away anyway!

We loved our stay at Motel de la Mer in Napier. Greeted by a very friendly lady who guided us to our Room and explained how everything operated including the lovely big spa bath and the TV.

We loved everything, the rooms were spacious, very clean and beautifully furnished. We would highly recommend anyone to stay. The owners were so helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Not having access late night to tumble dryer - we stay for swim meets and the hours/finish times are variable so would really appreciate being able to dry towels

We loved the location, it was opposite the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and tea and coffee. The room itself was spacious and the spa was a treat.

i have stayed all around the country in this price range and this motel is in top 2 so keep it up we will see you in march

Hosts Tanya and Santani are very welcoming and helpful, and create a warm homey atmosphere in this small seafront motel. The facilities were first-rate, with nice extra touches like the natural toiletries, robes (for the in-room spa bath) and nice towels and linens. Great location across from the beach in Central Napier.

Great sized room with extra touches that made us feel special. The owners are especially helpful and friendly. Kitchenette was good too. Easy flat walk to shops and restaurants.

The location is great, we only stayed one night as this was a stopover. The amenities in the room was goog especially the basket pay list was reasonable. The room was very spacious sad that we did not have time to use the spa bath.

You could hear the people upstairs. The shower pressure was not good.
