The reception staff were really friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the on site restaurant was very good.

The location. Cannot be more within the buzz of CP. Its better than many run of the mill, so called 5 star properties in Delhi. Clean, adequate and lovely staff.

Location is very good, near to metro station and dining places. Room is clean and staff is very helpful. I requested for early checkin and they were very accommodating. Breakfast is really good as well.

Amazing location, very comfortable and clean and with all the expected facilities. Also they very kindly let us check in early (around 4 hours before normal check in) but said this was only due to room availability.

The hot water went off briefly one morning as I was about to take a shower. The staff assured me it was only off for around 30 mins so maybe I was a bit unlucky. Also I think breakfast could start earlier (say around 7 instead of 7:30). We had a day trip to Agra planned and would like to have started earlier.

I can say the breakfast is good, but there is always room for improvement. They could increase the variety. (However, if you require something, they might be able to prepare on their kitchen). The location is good, facilities are good and staff is good, too. I am from Brazil and I found this hotel on a blog. I am glad with my choice.

They can improve the cleaning of the toilets, that is my only observation for the hotel. They were not bad, but there is room for improvement!

Pillow: tooooo hard, loudness of other guests while no one from the reception cares. Its an old building and need some renovations but it was a very good stay!
