The staff is super welcoming (especially Paolo) and gave us great tips on where to go! Considering how expensive hostels in this area are, the value for price is great. We loved our stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Nice quiet area. Beds are comfortable and showers are good. Small fridge in the room which was useful. Lovely place to stay, we would definitely return.

There was no staff there when I arrived since it was in the evening of a public holiday but they gave me instructions on the phone how to enter the building and my room. The check-in was very smooth. The room was very spacious and clean, which was a happy surprise!

our room was right across from the train track. Also our balcony was all blocked by a construction scaffolding!!!!

The room is small but perfect for one person for a couple of nights. The shower was most powerful I’ve ever had! Location is great, only a few mins from the Old Town and the staff were very friendly.

Soundproofing wasn’t great but after 11 days in Northern Spain, I realised that was the norm!

Amazing location to the old town and all the pintxos bars, but also to the train station (10 minute walk along a main road) and the shopping area of San Sebastian Paoul was amazing upon check in and immediately made me feel comfortable.

They upgraded us from a room to a suite, was unexpected but much appreciated. Hotel was convenient for the city. Will stay again here.

Pension Aida was a great spot, close to great restaurants and bars but far enough away to get an uninterrupted sleep. Also close to the surf beach. Paul met us on arrival and was full of helpful suggestions. The room itself was spacious and clean and we appreciated the bar fridge and fan. Great value for money, despite visiting during the Film Festival.

We had a slight hiccup with a running toilet but we resolved it easily enough.

Excellent location in the old town of San Sebastián and is walking distance to the center of the city as well as the beach and harbor. The Queen Studio was clean, beautiful, and spacious, with the sofa bed already prepared for us upon entry. Nearby parking was available to purchase through the property for €10, but there is a small street directly behind the property where we were able to park for free (the street has a capacity of about 10-12 cars, so you need to get lucky with finding a space). The management were very kind and helpful. I also liked that there was a comfortable and charming lobby on the first floor of the property with many pamphlets for exploring San Sebastián as well as a vending machine with various beverages. Overall, this property deserves to be regarded as a fine hotel for a great price and even better location within a gorgeous city.
