Only the location was great. Close to all the bars, clubs, beaches, etc.

Really really dirty room. There was hair everywhere, the front of my door was disgusting and there was MOLD on my bed. They solved it by cleaning after telling and giving me complementary drinks for the whole stay. There is NO MUSIC at the pool, really boring. They should’ve stated this in the description. There were more seniors than young people. The food was not good at all and cold, it was a small buffet. Water at breakfast and dinner was NOT FREE. The building was not well maintained, it’s really old. The electricity in the room was not working after check-in. We waited for 50min for this to get solved. The small mirror was broken, a light was broken and they only fixed the mirror after asking 2 times. Staff that were really helpfull and great: Nedret, Emre, Kaan and Cagri. This hotel is not worth the money.

The hotel was in a good location and the pool area was very nice.

There were a few things that could be improved. Firstly,they have a relatively big gym. However there was no AC and the room was extremely hot. Also some equipment need updating. Secondly,at dinner no beverages are included. Not even water. We ended up taking our own water for dinner.

Loud music in the neighborhood until at least midnight. Since the hotel is in the city centre of Kusadasi, apparently the night clubs are free to play music at least 1am. But they are typically allowed until early hours of the morning. The hotel windows do not have any sound proofing. I did not like the reception staff; one was particularly unhelpful and very comfortable with telling off the customers. The hotel also requires 100eur deposit (in cash) which was not mentioned during the reservation. They do not allow check in without this cash payment. They also do not accept credit card payment for that. We were caught unexpectedly. We had to look for an ATM at midnight, luckily there were a few near by.

Beautiful hotel, excellent value for money, food was delicious, highly recommend for a quiet getaway.

Location of this hotel is perfect. Walking distance (3 to 4 min) from the main shopping streets of Kusadasi. We had a huge bedroom with a seating area on the 4th floor with a partial view of the sea. Bathrooms are huuuuuuuuge. We opted for half board: breakfast and dinner. We were not dissapointed: buffet for both meals and boy oh boy, they did not disappoint. Service in dining room excellent. Make sure you try their freshly baked pide. And like the rest of Turkey, alcohol is unfortunately very expensive.

Did not appreciate the fact that we had to pay an additional deposit (euro) in cash on arrival at the reception. WE normally do not carry another country's currency when staying in Turkey. You will receive it back at the end of your stay, but it seemed a bit odd if you have paid your stay upfront in full.

The location was very good and close to everything that you would want it to be close to. The staff are nice and try to help despite there being lots of issues.

I mentioned upon check in (and even was made to fill in a form) that I am vegan. At dinner there was not many options but one I was shown as a vegan option was provided pasta with tomato sauce as one. Unfortunately this was not just a tomato sauce and contained meat which I only realised upon taking a bite! Also my room was only partially cleaned (empty shower bottles when i arrived) and when they removed my used towels they didn't replace them with any. The room card also stopped working about 7 times (I kept it away from the phone but still happened) and I saw at least 3 others complain of the same annoying issue. The staff were nice and helpful but that doesn't change the bad experiences. 100% would not recommend and wont be staying again.

The food was so-so, cheap sausages, fish dishes were with bones, good selection of vegetables and fruits. On the reception I was charged £100 deposit for “extra charge for food and drinks”, if you consume anything outside of included breakfast and dinner you’d be charged from your deposif

Excellent location

No body understands english. The room fan was too slow. Balcony lock was faulty. Except restaurant staff most of the staffs were rude.

Great location, great people, great view from restaurant, very good food and coffee. Best experience ever.

No drinks for the dinner. The lighting in the room is a bit dark.

Food (breakfast and dinner) still have a big room for improvement. Everything else in the hotel was really great for its price but the food was just below expectation. If the food lineup and quality is improved then there is no reason not to stay here.
