C’était un endroit sympas mais difficile d’accès. Les rues sont très étroite.
Pour commencer on m’a demander de l’espèce à l’entrée alors que c’était une réservation booking.
Le responsable monsieur était encore moyennement sympas à nous proposer une omelette chaque matin au petit déjeuner j’ai l’impression qu’il était le seul à travailler dans l’établissement par contre il avais un neveu qui faisait rien de la journée on est rester 4 nuits c’est moi qui a demander des draps propre ect… il était désagréable ! A regarder des matchs de foot crier au milieu de la terrasse.
C’est dommage il y’a pourtant un grand potentiel. Avec un meilleur personnel tout peu changer.
Sinon Kuşadası très belle ville.

Sezgin Boutique Hotel is conveniently located close to Old Town Bazaar and features stunning rooms with all the amenities you could hope for while remaining affordable. Perfect for solo travellers, in my case.

Lovely place, family owned, walking distance from the town and the port. I saw a 1 star review for the pool, I did not use the pool (cold November mornings) but looked sparking clean. Very quiet location, have their own parking area, and friendly owners always greeting with a smile.
The breakfast was very nice, but not up to par with other places I have been in Turkey. But it's not a negative comments, just a note :)

Breakfast was good, family owned hotel, sevgine and family will help your stay here be memorable, 5 minutes walk to centre, any questions you have regarding tours, they are always available to assist you, i definitely recommend this homely (hotel)

The room was dirty. Before us, was someone with a dog and the room was full of dog's hair. The pillows were very dirty if you looked at them without the pillowcases. We stayed four days and they never changed bed sheets and we had to ask to give us clean towels.

If you are searching for a hotel which has a nice environment, generous breakfast, nice pool, beautiful garden, good location which is close to the city centre and the beach, then Sezgin Hotel is a really good option.
This hotel is a family business. I liked their hospitality a lot. The way they were trying their best to make my stay comfortable was really nice. I especially would like to mention and thank to Mr. Sezgin and his daughter Ms. Hayriye for hospitality and good recommendations:)
Everything was great for price value. I would only mention maybe to increase the number of cleaning sessions during the stays.

The location is excellent. The staff were friendly only when my son had a medical problem and they helped me get to their family doctor and communicate between us.
Rooms given do not match the photographs. Very small, blankets with old stains. Broken shower door and very small restroom in general. Not such a good breakfast; some staff generally unfriendly. Several stairs to carry luggage; baby and stroller.

Although it is close to Bar Street and the busy part of town, the hotel itself is very peaceful all day and night. The pool is fantastic! A great place to catch the sun and keep cool

property is not same as in booking photos. I have believed in the photos from booking.com but reality was different. we are given a very poor condition room due to unavailability of other rooms which is ridiculus.

The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well.
The staff were very pushy and were constantly attempting to up-sell us for excursions and food. The bed was quite uncomfortable and the Wifi was unstable.
