one bathroom was not in working order needing repairs which I can understand things happen

Quite place, Emus, Kangaroos and Kakadus directly in front of our window. Room was large, comfy bed. I would stay there again.

There was a lot of ice in the fridge and after the first night everything we put in was completly wet and a lot of water was inside of the fridge. Maybe we had a powerfail and the ice melted partly. The fridge needs to be de-iced.

we are happy with Rocks Apartments. it was clean and comfortable, we spotted few kangaroos and Emus outside the back door late evening, the location is good, A short walk to the pub for a great meal, and short drive to the halls gap town centre. I got reminded emails prior to arrival to ensure we had all necessary information.

Bathroom not thoroughly cleaned prior to entering. Blood stains on vanity which was ordinary. also, the unit had a spar bath but not a single place to hang or store clothes. bags had to stay on floor for a week. would a shelf or a rail be too much to ask? we stayed for a week but no housekeeping was offered. we were able to get done clean towels but thought this would be done as a matter of course. finally- don’t bother ringing. No one answered and calls weren’t returned. email was responded to however.

Wasn’t anything that we didn’t like, but the timber entrance was slippery when wet. Also the instruction folder needs updating. due to there being no fireplace anymore.

No storage space to put clothes etc although there is room for some.

units were everything you need, kitchenette had all cooking requirements, heating great, beds very comfortable in a beautiful bush setting

wifi was fine outside on decking but not in unit

location was nice, in a great area. accomodation was comfortable, and relaxing with the spa bath.

The room was clean and tidy. There was plenty of dinnerware, cutlery, utensils, and cookware.

Water pressure in the spa..took forever to fill and if you filled the spa it took 8 hours for hot water to come through again No closet to store clothes or bags. not even hooks to hang anything...but plenty of wall place for these to be installed. No phone reception or internet..and wifi provided the signal was poor. we were provided with tissues...but the box was empty The TV sound was very poor. Ashtray in the back porch area was full of smoke butts on arrival.
