Se voltarmos pra Phuket, aqui que nós hospedaríamos! Não poderia ser melhor! O hotel è uma graça, super bem decorado, parece que vc está dentro de um desenho animado. A piscina è ótima! A localização é sensacional, não temos o que dizer. Fica muito perto da feira noturna de domingo que foi o que vamos gostamos em Phuket. Tem um mercado muito bom, 24h, do lado e um shopping pequeno com comidas deliciosas. Café e biscoitos disponíveis ilimitados, até as 15h.

Super Zimmer mit bequemwn Betten. Ruhig gelegen und direkt um die Ecke das Einkaufszentrum und 5 Minuten in die Stadt. Dusche sehr gut. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Kaffee und Obst jeden Morgen da.

the staff was very nice and helpful. Location very strategic and easy to find. Airport bus also stop in front of the hotel which help us to get to the airport in 6AM. They also gave free drink and cookies in the morning

The lamp on the room could be brighter hehe.. It's a bit dark. Not to the point it become uncomfortable but brighter room would be nice.

Красивый отель в центре Пхукета. Рядом ТЦ с фудкортом, винный магазин и Топс с Семерочкой. До старого города 5 минут пешком. Есть паркинг. На первом этаже стоит стиральная машина и сушилка (по 40 батт), можно купить порошок (10 батт). Так же есть бесплатный буфет (печенье, бананы, кофе, чай). Классный дворик с бассейном. И уютный холл!

Очень шумные двери. Ночью так гремят, что просыпаешься. Слышны разговоры в коридоре. Кофе и чай из воды питьевого фильтра городского водоснабжения. Доп одеяло - 100 батт/сутки

L hôtel est très bien situé. La chambre est superbe et les lits hyper confortables.

J avais 2 grosses valises, un gros sac et une valise cabine et ma chambre était au 3eme etage. Accompagné d un enfant. Aucun ascenseur et à la réception on ne m a proposé d aide. J ai fait les aller retour dans les escaliers toute seule.

In the beginning I was happy but when I realised I was sleeping in room 106 over the sewage tank . Literally. I asked every day what was that smell and I was lied to

A would not recommend a female travelling alone to stay here as the male staff were abusive towards me . It was never taken seriously by the managers . My room was ignored by housekeepers. And was terrified of the security guard who they finally asked to leave but after weeks not immediately .

Excessively colorful walls, felt like I was staying in a kindergarten. I couldn't figure out how to turn off some of the lights so I had to unplug them.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimner sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lobby sehr modern und wunderschön. Der Pool ein super Treffpunkt! Abends bis 00:00. Getränke und Bier gab‘s in der Lobby bzw. an der Rezeption. Wir waren einmal bis 1:30 Uhr am Pool! Die Lage ist großartig, in der Altstadt, neben einer Shopping Mall mit exzellentem Food Court. Draußen war jeden Abend Markt, Musik, tolle Ess- und Marktstände, live Musik usw.! Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen! In der Mall kann man sich die Haare machen lassen, die Nägel, sich eine neue Brille beim Optiker besorgen für kleines Geld und und und…

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I like the free bar with coffee and snack, also spacious sharing area to hang out.

Although it’s a hotel it’s treated as a party hostel. We didnt get any sleep for two nights. People were partying in the rooms, and screaming. And nobody did anything about it. We had ear plugs and it didn’t help. Horrible. So if you want to sleep don’t come here!

Friendly staff especially girl in reception always smiling 😘 lobby was very nice and clean as was the pool area. the location is close to everything..the room comfortable clean with a balcony.

Good location. Walking distance to Sunday market. There are restaurants and super market around as well.

A localização é perfeita, bem no centro de old town, próximo a muitos bares, restaurantes, sunday night market… está dentro e fora da agitação, já que o hotel fica numa rua mais calma. O quarto é grande, a cama é boa. Tem tv e frigobar. A piscina parece excelente (não tive tempo de usar), e a recepção é bem aconchegante. Funcionários simpáticos.

De facto falta algum rigor em relação aos hóspedes. Em 3 noites foi impossível acordar tarde. O barulho da porta e das pessoas gritando e fazendo confusão no corredor foi horrivel. Crianças correndo às 6 da manhã. Uma pena, pois o hotel tem tudo para ser bem tranquilo. A casa de banho parece velha e desgastada, em relação ao hotel/quarto num todo. Os quartos precisam de uma pintura. Tinha bichos voando quando eu cheguei… (acho que por causa da varanda aberta)

Great comfy stylish clean, plus kitchen area

Hallway was very resonant, hence any late nighters were disruptive with slamming doors, etc.

Nice big rooms with lovely comfortable beds and pillows. Rooms and common area were always super clean. Staff were very friendly and assisted with booking our transfer to Koh Tao, very good check in and check out experience.

Only downside I would say is the location. It’s perfect if you want to stay close to old town, but it’s a fair distance from any beach etc.

Nice hotel with good wifi and the deluxe rooms are spacious.

No elevators so try not to get a room on the 3rd floor. Showers weren’t hot, just warm.

Location is very convenient. 5 minutes fro old town. The hotel was very clean and cozy. The staff was always available to provide all info and help. Great choice!

No lift a negative.

Location is perfect next to a little shopping mall and night market. Couple minutes walk to the old town. Family room is huge and perfect for us with 2 kids. Reception were very nice and helpful. We will come back.
