Location

The water was coming out from shower, then the all bathroom was looking as a pool. Really unsafe, I traveld with my mom, 78 years and I was throwing towels. so after the shower she was not going to fall. They didn't have a safe to keep things They didn't advise the elevator was broken, for my mom was very uncorfortable. Last night I saw people arriving with baby, big suit case, pushing elevator botton, was not even a sign that elevator was on repair. Nights were noise, with neighbors. Was not mini split and when was hot, not even windows open.

Can’t seem to find the airconditioning unit or how it works. Place is near metro but not so central.

Adorable little hostal, perfect for the 5 nights I spent there with my partner. Great location, 1 min walk from a bus stop and 15 minutes from lots of attractions. Had just what we needed in terms of towels and furniture, and the staff was friendly and answered all our questions. Late check in was easy and the reception held our bags for a few hours after we checked out.

The receptionist was realy nice and caring. The hostel is in a good location.

The room looks way much better in the photos than it is in reality. I expected for a brighter and more spacious room. The bed was uncomfortable.

I absolutely loved this hotel and would come back any time. Location is great, near a Metro station and the area is lively and with lots of cafes, restaurants and the Sant Antoni Market. The young lady at the reception was ace, very informative and lovely. The room was big and very clean, it also had a balcony.

Everything perfect. There is a nice sharing terrace in the hotel so having a small in the fridge in the rooms would be a great adding, but only a suggestion as I loved everything.

great location, close to the main attractions! great food and bars just a few minutes walk. lovely room, comfortable bed. big bathroom. the young lady that works there is stunning, so helpful and absolutely gorgeous, would definitely stay there again!

The area where it is located . The constant communication (on some things) and explanation of how to enter if you arrive after 7:00 p.m. or before 9:00 a.m.

I booked it because of the location and because it had an elevator but at no time was I informed that it was not working. The front desk opens at 9:00 a.m. and closes at 7:00 p.m. After this time there is no one, although there is a number in case of an emergency. The terrace open at 9:00am and closes at 5:00pm; It was not very clean, there was dust and hair. Dirty and stained walls as well as the curtain. The bathroom mirror with dirty parts of residue that looked like makeup.

nice space. bed very comfortable. huge private bathroom. very modern the woman at reception is super lovely! very attentive. Definitely the face of this hotel.

couldn’t smoke on the balcony and the terrace closes the same time as reception which was a little annoying

The location was great and the building was charming. The staff was very friendly.

Our room had a strong odor, so we purchased a candle to help during our stay. The room had AC, but we could not control it and we assume it was left on low.

The accommodation was better than we expected. The room is spacious and clean, the staff is extremely friendly. The best thing about Balkonis is the location, if you want to walk around Barcelona. Everything is 2 km away, and there is also a metro station and a bus that goes directly to the airport nearby. Any recommendation

Parhaps to put some small refrigerator for the room, thats all.
