I like the people working there. They were very friendly.
We had to book a limousine to Natrang for the next day. we returned to the hotel in the middle of the night and he helped us book a limousine!
And the hydrangea flower was everywhere, and it was so beautiful, and nature was really nice to enjoy!
I didn't like the breakfast so much. I think because there is no air conditioning(whole Dalat city has no air condition),it didn't feel pleasure, nor the food was that great! but other than that! we loved it!!

Friendly staff, clean, great views. Good place if you’re planning a resort escape, but not good for exploring Da Lat.
So-so food. Hotel is much further from the city than advertised - on top of a hill, on a very busy road, so walking is not an option. We booked a bungalow with a shower and bath, but no shower, only a wand. Walls are paper thin - we could hear our neighbors speaking at normal voices. Not what we’d expect for an isolated “relaxing” presort.

Location because we like being outside of the center but still being in close radius to the center via Grab. The view from the pool was great!

We were disappointed that the spa was closed.
The shower heads in our room need descaling and the light switches too complicated.
The breakfast buffet was sufficient but unfortunately not cozy as displayed on the pictures. Also, the Western breakfast options were all cold, although being situated under heat lamps. Overall, the dining room gives too much of a cafeteria feeling.
During our stay there were couple of noisy family groups that unfortunately also made a racket in the middle of the night which forced us to get out of bed and to shush them. That was unpleasant and annoying.

The location is tranquil and beautiful - we had a bungalow with great views. Our room was like a luxe treehouse, bed was super comfortable. Bathtub was great. The room service food was incredible, great value wines, TV with streaming in the room.
The spa and sauna were still closed due to covid. The pool wasn't heated and quite cold.

Most of the staff could not communicate in English especially the restaurant staff. Wifi was slow & not working on the first day of our check-in.

The property is a bit far from the city hub but the little extra travel time is worth it. True to its name, this hotel is perfect for finding peace and tranquility amidst a picturesque backdrop.
The staff is super helpful and the food is absolutely delicious! I would definitely go back to Zen Valley Dalat again!

It was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle, we were expecting to have a great sleep during our stay but we’re woken very early every morning by the talking and movement through the hall way by staff. Bath tub was nice. Shower is very awkward and crammed. Buffet breakfast was good! Overall a bit overpriced for what you get.

The location and views were nice.
One or two of the staff were friendly. The management were rude, held interviews in the pool area and were often loud.
The breakfast/catering was appalling for the price, most of it was inedible and the waiting staff were untrained; more focused on removing plates mid-meal than enquiring about quality and service.
There was loud music from surrounding areas when it had prompted a quiet relaxing environment. The staff didn’t care.
The gym was a storage area with boxes, as was the sauna.

We were a group of friends who are pure vegetarian, the hotel staff was very accommodating by offering vegan options for breakfast and snacks. The staff didn’t speak fluent English so we used Google translate and it was perfectly fine. Mr Gin at reception was extremely helpful by sharing vegan restaurant options around Dalat, suggestions for our itinerary, booking a bus to Ho Chi Minh,etc. The rooms were clean and cozy. We will definitely coming back 😍

A lot trees,green I love nature here .
I thought in Dalat a lot of trees I expect to have wood bbq out door for fun ,but here wasn’t,have just only basic bbq like outdoor with table like in the apartment .

Good location just outside of the city itself.
Construction was daily as the property was being renovated.
Couldn't really use the restaurant after breakfast as a result.
Pool wasn't heated and construction meant it wasn't peaceful even if used.
Despite having a lovely room with a view, the front of our bungalow was used as a walkway for other residents and housekeeping staff which meant we never felt completely relaxed. Others bungalows did not have this problem.

Massively overpriced for what is a 3 star hotel. I don’t even blame them , I blame booking.com . I won’t be using yo it website or anything related again .
Poor quality and did not represent value for money paid . Quite ridiculous actually .
