Eine eigenständige Stadthaus an der Spitze von Clearbrook ein. Geben Sie an einer äußeren und inneren Foyer. Von der inneren Foyer Kopf nach oben, um die Open-Konzept Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich. Dieses Niveau hält auch ein WC und greift auf das Deck. Im Wohnbereich mit einem Feuer im Kamin entspannen, während Sie den Flachbild-Fernseher beobachten. Sie können auch eine Mahlzeit in der modernen Küche zubereiten und genießen sie alle zusammen am großen Esstisch. Beautiful home in fantastic condition. Clean, comfortable, quiet, convenient HVAC, laundry room, pet friendly (thanks!), beautiful window views with shades for privacy, and plenty of room. Everything worked as expected (remotes for tvs, ceiling fans, AC). Nice size deck not shown in photos but at rear of house with a forest view. Bunk room has a cute little alcove for kids to hang out in. Excellent "home base" for all area attractions, dining, and shopping (we are frequent visitors to this area). Village of Loon recreation facilities could use some reconditioning, but the pools and views are great and just a short drive from this unit. I would certainly stay here again and would highly recommend! One of the nicest rentals I have stayed in over the years.

This house and location were great in helping our family explore New Hampshire. The house itself was plenty big for our group to relax and be our home base. It was well laid out with a game area, laundry area and mud room type area to help. The separate upstairs master bedroom and open kitchen and dining area were all very nice. There was so much to do in Lincoln and the surrounding areas that 4 nights was just not enough!

The condo was perfect for our group of two families. It was also a great location for sightseeing in NH and going to Santa’s Village. The only downside was there was no hot water on our last day. I had to take a cold shower which was not fun. It was our checkout day so there wasn’t time to call anyone. Other than that we were very comfortable there.

Excelente hubicacion , todo limpio y organizado, lo único que no me gustó fue que la cocina no funcionaba en su totalidad, llevaba comida para cocinar y no pude , tampoco había cocina afuera de la cabaña, pero otras cercanas si tenían .

Place was dirty, I had to clean the whole house of prior dirt and dog hair, mopped all floors, disinfected counter tops, cleaned all utensils and drawers in kitchen which were filled with crumbs and dog hair.
Entryway smelled like cat urine
Wasn’t provided enough towels until too late.

We ran into an issue with our initial place in Woodstock and needed to move quickly. We also had a dog so places were limited. Loon Mountiain Services hooked us up with this unit. We had no idea what we were getting. It was absolutely beautiful. Clean. And very well stocked. It had everything we needed and more. The sectional couch was the bomb. So comfy. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook bake whatever you wanted. There was AC and a great little deck. TV in every room if that is what you are looking for. The best was it was decorated so nicely but nothing was low so you didn’t have to worry about any accidental breakage. It was big. Comfy. Homey and minimal. There is nothing bad I can say about this place. One of the best places we have stayed at in Lincoln. I would recommend in a heartbeat. 😊

The location was great, the area was quiet and we had plenty of room. There were 4 of us, all adults, and 1 dog. This condo was perfect for my family. We went for a ski weekend at Loon and the location couldn’t be any better. Less than a 5 minute ride to mountain. The cleanliness and all of the amenities were perfect. We would definitely love to rent this again! Thank you.

We rented this condo for a family wedding at Loon Mountain. The location was great close yet far enough away from all the attractions. We had 5 adults and 2 dogs. The condo was big enough clean and very well stocked. We will be coming back hoping to rent this same unit as it was very comfortable for our family and dogs.

Great place, great location. Didn’t realize however that the place was split across 4 levels. Master bed and bath on top, book nook/ game area half way down on a landing, the main area with an awesome massive couch, toilet, dining area and probably the best kitchen (it was stocked with pretty much everything we needed to cook). Half way down was the entrance and on the bottom floor, two bedrooms and a full bath. The stairs wouldn’t have been a problem, but my father-in-law broke his foot the week before, so he ended up taking the couch. Will stay again!

The location of Clearbrook 7 was perfect for our small family reunion - quiet, yet an easy drive to town amenities and beautiful hikes. It easily accommodated 6 adults, one toddler, and two dogs. The large, open living room/dining area was a big plus. Lincoln is a great area to use as a base in the White Mountain and we have always been pleased with Loon Reservation Service.

Great Stay
The place was great. Easy check in drive right up to the place and the code gets emailed right to you. There were 8 of us staying there and there was plenty of room for all of us to fit comfortably. Will definetly be coming back.

Everything was great. The Loon condo was perfect for our group. Being able to bring my dog was also awesome. One thing I wanted to note was that the next door neighbors condo has spot/flood lights that stayed on all night. It made sleeping tough for all as the bedrooms were all bright.

Our questions concerned the operation of the tv in the living room (it’s missing a remote) and exactly where to go to use the pool (perhaps a map somewhere?) Upon arrival at the office we were greeted by Dot. She was very pleasant and easy to deal with. She answered our questions and even showed us how to get to the trail we were planning to hike that morning.
We were happy to find a rental that was pet friendly as our dogs are our hiking companions and are a very important part of the family. Both dogs were very comfortable here and had plenty of room to play and rest.

Only "one" glitch
On the second day of our stay a painting company came to spray wash the home and said the next day they were going to paint it. Of course I called the rental office to complain "why was maintenance scheduled during our stay" and asked for a refund. A half our later the painting company said they were leaving and never came back.

Great and spacious condo near Loon Mountain. It was very clean on arrival, and with nice towels/bedding laid out, dish and hand soap, almost like a hotel. We really enjoyed the stay here.
