We are all over 70 and 7 of us used this home for a week in September. Beautiful heated pool, clean home, plenty of AC or heat when needed. Very nice owner who answered any question we had upon arrival.

A very well thought-out vacation rental. The location, the cleanliness, the large comfortable rooms, well-equipped kitchen and helpful owner. We hope to return often.

This was a great rental property and our group had a great time. The house was large and backyard was a huge hit. Plenty of room for games as well as the pool was great to come back to after a day out.

Our family of 13 had a wonderful week at this property! It was clean and comfortable. Steve responded to all of our questions very quickly. The kids and adults loved the pool. We wouldn’t hesitate to book it again!

This home was better than we could have imagined. We rent every summer for our extended family of 14 and sometimes the pics of the house are better than it is in person.... Well, not this time! This house is actually better than the photos. The kitchen, dining area, living and sitting room set up was perfect for us. We could all be involved in what was going on without being crammed into a small space. All TV's worked as they should, no issues with Wi-Fi and we had 14 people using at the same time. The kitchen had everything we needed; pots, pans, cups, plates, mugs and so many utensils. All appliances worked wonderfully and the extra fridge in the garage was great to have. All bedrooms were spacious and had nightstands with night lamps. The mattresses were amazing- my significant other and I shared the upstairs King over the living room and have never slept so well. Closet and drawer space was also plentiful. The dining table seats 10 and there are 4 counter stools. There are also a bunch of metal folding chairs in the garage if needed. Oh, I can't forget the showers! Everyone commented on how great the water pressure was. The pool was amazing, as everyone has said. It was plenty warm and nice to not get the chlorine eye sting (since it's salt water). The yard was very large and the pool patio area has enough seating for a small army! The BBQ was also in good shape and there were three extra butane tanks on hand in case we needed them (Thank you Steve!). We went on our family trip during one of the hottest weeks of Summer 2022 and were spoiled by the hardworking AC in the home. The location was super convenient for food shopping, touristy stuff, kayaking and going to the beach. Everything is within about 5-7 minutes. We cannot say enough about Steve, the owner. The reviews are true, he really is that great and accommodating. His response time is extremely fast should you need anything or have any house related questions. The property and home are both very well maintained. There is an abundance of Hydrangeas and the grass is perfectly green. The home itself is in great shape, too. I know I've picked a good place when all week long, the family talks about coming back again next year. Thank you Steve! We will be back!

Couldn't ask for much more. The accommodations were spectacular. Large yard perfect for croquet. The pool was crystal clear and spotless. Plenty of outdoor lounging and indoor seating. Large kitchen space for multiple people to prepare a meal. Five stars. Will return. Lots of amenities within walking distance. Great overall location on the cape.

Overall, very positive experience, however we were required to bring our own sheets and blankets. Otherwise it was a great place for a family gathering.

The house was perfect. Great size for our family. Perfect location, nice and quiet and relaxing. Having 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms met our needs. Plus their was even a shower out near the pool. Nice sized kitchen and dining room table. we were all able to sit together at the table for dinner! Everyone loved the pool. And so many lounging chairs for us all to use. We also enjoyed the ping pong table. And the extra frig in the garage came in very handy! Steve was a great host. Can’t wait to visit again!

If there was anything to complain about I would be being super nit picky the neighbor will demand certain things to accommodate himself like telling you where you can put your projector screen and also the same neighbors German shepherd was allowed to roam freely throughout the neighborhood and ended up in our garage one day but the dog was very friendly. Overall experience was a 10/10!

Two—three-generation—families loved our week here. The house is spacious, and well equipped. The kids loved the heated pool (and parents welcomed the handy pool cover for safety). Grounds are lovely and well maintained. Host Stephen was welcoming and very responsive when a small issue arose. Perfect location for exploring the cape. Our entire family is looking forward to returning. Don’t hesitate to book. This is a terrific getaway.
