I can definitely say that the food is great, there is a great selection of food. Every employee there was always smiling and kind to the children, our kid had a great time there, not to mention the proximity to the Legoland parks and the other parks that offer an amazing time to the children. We also booked a shuttle car to take us from the Airport to the Hotel, this saved us a lot of headaches, and it was all co-ordinated with the Hotel.

I love lapita hotel and I want to thank Amit on the reception he was very helpful and kind , this was the first time that we arrived and the room was ready .

The design is fabulous, the hot weather doesn’t suit the design as the facilities are exposed and need to walk under the sun mostly. Staff are friendly.

room services are too slow, they delayed our check in for one of the rooms we booked for a good of 2 hours. Moreover, they promised to have swimming pool view but we never see it.

Aba in reception was very nice and helpfull. This was by far my favourite hotel in Dubai, it is just such a awesome atmosphere, the staff are full of smiles and friendly. Breakfast was lovely, the rooms are perfect and large, amazing tv options. I seriously love this hotel.

Motiongate is just a very far walk, consider a short cut please🙈

Location, facilities, great breakfast.

Too many mosquitos. Every night all the green areas should be sprayed to prevent them from coming out or multiplying. Also, the buggy service from the hotel to all amusement parks should be reinstated for hotel guests only. It is not a pleasant experience to walk with small kids in 40*+ C temperatures. A night’s stay at Lapita is not cheap by any standards. So this service has to be reinstated. The pathways in Dubai Parks and Resorts are not owned by EZ Taxi and they shouldn’t have monopoly. I don’t know who decided that no other buggy services are allowed out side hotel perimeters apart them. If EZ Taxi wants people to use their service then they need to drop their price. AED 10 per person is a ridiculously high price. Lastly, for the summer months, all pedestrian pathways and walkways within the hotel perimeter and Dubai Parks and Resorts perimeter and amusement parks must be shaded and equipped with cold water vapor sprays. All these quality of life changes will go a long way and have the potential to bring in even more tourists.

We really enjoyed our stay and it is a great deal as the room came with park tickets. The rooms and the whole place design is really nice. The swimming pool facilities were great. As well the food and options were very good. We enjoyed full day in the park with the kids.

The info about the park tickets is not clear and even after booking specific room there is no clarity or response on booking. We had to contact the hotel directly. As well would be great to receive advance info on offers during the dates of stay as most of the options such as spa was fully booked. Park tickets could rather be given during check-in than having separate room for it.

Nous nous sommes tout de suite senti en vacances dans cet hôtel magnifique. Nous avons pris 3 nuits en pension complète. Nous avons eu accès à tous les parcs d’attractions sans restriction tous les jours. Les parcs sont accessibles directement par un chemin piéton. La nourriture servie était excellente ! Félicitations aux chefs ! Les plats proposés étaient indiens, asiatiques, orientaux, grillades etc Nous nous sommes régalés ! La nourriture proposée est de grande qualité. Les repas de midi était servi à la carte en bord de piscine dans un cadre exceptionnel ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel que je recommande vivement.

Spacious Room. Wide variety of food for breakfast. Friendly Staff. Great inhouse kids club/playing area, plenty of scheduled activities. Responsive room service. Quick valet parking service. Location is great if you only plan to stay in theme parks (Dubai Parks & Resorts) area, if you plan to go downtown it is a 30-40 min drive.

Clogged shower drain. During checkout I had to wait around 40 mins for my luggage to be brought from my room. Other than these two minor incident everything was perfect.

The staffs are very accommodating and friendly.. Room services are quick.

Obiekt bardzo ładnie położony , w dobrze utrzymanym ogrodzie . Super opcją jest możliwość korzystania z parków rozrywki. Czystość basenu mogłaby być lepsza , w leniwej rzece - liście, owady - jeden mnie ugryzł podczas pływania . W duzym basenie przy wejściu do niego masa brudu az ludzie wchodzący rozgarniali wodę zeby móc wejść. Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła i pomocna.

Obsługa w restauracji przy basenie . Obsługa zanim podejdzie do stolika minie wieczność , zanim poda choćby napoj kolejna wieczność . Poziom obdlugi tej restauracji jest strasznie słaby .

The location is very close to Dubai parks, suites size are big enough for a family of 4 The staff are very friendly the resort is quite nice. The era restaurant which is next to the pool side is really worth the visit food is amazing and the staff are very friendly, specially (JOE) and (SAGAR)

On the weekends it gets so busy and the staff doesn’t have time to serve everyone, we got our rooms at 6pm instead of 3pm we missed almost half day and we didn’t get the chance to use the pool, but they were very generous to offer us a complimentary dinner. I requested a week before the check in to have both suits next to each other but instead they booked us 2 suites in different buildings ! The kids nursery needs a lot of cleaning and improvements it’s been the same since ages. I requested a baby crib a week before the check in but they bring it after 5 hours of waiting and with no mattress available and it was almost broken! The room was not clean the floor was sticky. At the check in we requested to have both suites to have the pool view but they gave us one ground floor river view and other one first floor pool view but the view was totally blocked by a huge tree!! My suggestion is to consider some improvements in your services and facilities

The only positive thing in this hotel was the valet parking staff where they were very helpful. The only staff in this hotel that are helpful.

The worst thing in this hotel is the staff , they are very reluctant to help , do not give any effort or take any initiative or care of guest requests specially in such unexpected situation that hit Dubai . The other point is regarding the level of cleaning, the rooms are not that clean and the room service do not clean properly. Finally add to it , the service is very slow and most of the time they do not respond to your calls Very disappointing for such a hotel that’s considered one of the main hotels in Dubai park and resorts

The place is wonderful, very scenic and beautiful. Hotel hospitality, really good. The breakfast spread had a lot of variety and was good too. We visited Motiongate which made the stay really worthwhile!

House keeping service: Painfully slow. We needed extra blankets and it took them 2 hours plus to deliver! Also, the beds weren't that comfortable, but that's more of a preference and not a complaint.

Работа персонала!!!! Мы с мужем и ребенком. Бронировала номер с 1 большой кроватью + люлька. И обязательно тихий номер. Сначала дали номер с 2 раздельными кроватями. Люльку просили еще 5!!!! Раз. Принесли в пол 12 ночи только((( я уже спала с дочкой на одной кровати, муж на другой. Попросили номер поменять: дали номер с кроваткой и двуспальной взрослой…напротив площадки для мероприятмй, где до 23 была свадьба. Муж с коляской до 23 гулял на улице, пока закончится дискотека, чтобы потом вернуться в номер и переложить ребенка в кровать. При выезде попросили вещи из номера на ресепшн отнести ко времени определенному. В 12 check out…мы попросили к 13 принести. Приходим к 13, такси приехало…персонал забыл про вещи…
