The villa was amazing, having all the space and our own pool made the stay all the more comfortable

Celebrating my 60th birthday at this resort for a week was outstanding . We had two 3 bedroom villas and 6 hotel rooms and it was fantastic exactly like the photos on booking.com . We booked a dinner in front of our villa for 23 people, the set up for this dinner was amazing they went above and beyond for my birthday dinner . The restaurant Manager Hue Nguyen was great nothing was to much trouble, from setting breakfast tables to dinner time and snacks with drinks in-inbetween it was all done professionally and quick . We also had my partners birthday dinner by the pool mixed Vietnamese street food absolutely fantastic with great service and all happy staff. Over the week we meet some great staff but I must say Vladislav Dronov (Director of food and beverage) was one of the best staff member at this Resort nothing was to much trouble and he was always on hand to make sure everything was great on in order he was amazing . The breakfast at this resort was outstanding so much to choose from with egg station and Bun me station and Pho every morning would recommend this hotel and will stay again . so much fruit to eat and all fresh and fantastic.

The sea was not inviting. The resort is at some distance from other things, so Grab is useful!

Everything! Free shuttle into town day and night. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem for them. The villa was awesome! Three bedrooms and three bathrooms plus extra guest toilet downstairs. Spacious and relaxing. Top quality linen. Lots of bathroom products supplied - even bath salts. Top views of the beach. Spacious grassy area. Top notch inclusions in the villa. Huge pillows. Balcony on top level overlooking pool and beach. Free shuttle into old town during the day and evening. One of the best breakfast buffets Ive ever experienced. Loved the private pool at the villa. Beach is out the front with a lifeguard on duty from 6-6. Full bar/food service provided at the beach area. The highlight of our stay was the bbq party dinner at the villa. Cannot recommend enough. The details the staff went to was incredible. Everything went so well. The food was amazing and service exceptional. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Better supplies in the kitchen would be helpful. But management told me they are planning to fit out the kitchens in the future so that will be good. The beach/sand was not very clean. Too choppy during our stay to swim in anyway. But could be improved if the rubbish was removed. Not visible from the villa/resort - only when you go for a walk down to the beach.

Excellent breakfast - lots of choice of cuisine. Lovely environment, beautiful enormous swimming pool. Wonderful friendly helpful staff. All food options were excellent.

Excellent établissement , avec un personnel au petit soin , avec un club kids exceptionnel. C'etait une beau séjour , si c'est a refaire je prendrai ce meme hotel de nouveau car il allie calme, beauté du paysage avec possibilité de sortie le soir et balade au centre ville à 10 min de l'hotel en taxi.

Le service à la piscine peut être amélioré car souvent oublie de serviettes, de cendrier ou de paille pour les cocktails.

Almost everything about this hotel is fantastic, facilities, staff, food etc. Only downside is that it is located a fair way from old town and has very little of anything within walking distance. However, knowing this we still came back for 2nd visit as the hotel itself is great. A huge bonus is the massive swimming pool, overlooking ocean with view across to Cham Islands.

As mentioned, location is not perfect.

There was a significant mould issue in our villa. Also the villas didn’t have any essentials such as glassware or plates.

Nice faciities, but it smeltes like they had som issues with water on Walls in our villa.

The breakfast was good, but needed more verity after a few days.

It was a little far from the old town. Could probably do with more organised activities, or a more frequent, free shuttle to the old town.

The resort was so relaxing with beautiful manicured gardens, food was beautiful, staff were friendly and our room was gorgeous, would definitely return.

Has a great pool, we went during a quiet time so there was plenty of bed to sit around and relax. The breakfast isn’t to bad, lots of options but very much the same every day. The rooms are a good size and clean and comfortable to stay in. Didn’t book a pool view but still had a nice view of the ocean. Location isn’t too bad, it’s about 10-15mins from Old Town so we did have to plan our days, as we had to catch a cab every time. But this was fine for us and our plans.

I did have higher expectations based on reviews and rating. The staff were nice, but seemed very preoccupied so weren’t very attentive and seemed hard to find staff at times. For example, by the pool during the day I had to get up and walk inside to order a drink as the pool bar was closed for some reason. All their wine on the menu was unavailable and could only order from their signature range which was expensive. In short, a comfortable stay, but just a little disappointed with the overall experience.

The property was beautifully decorated and landscaped. The villas were spacious and luxurious. The private pool in each villa was an incredible feature.

Several things weren’t working in the Villa—we had to call for help with the A/C and TV. The outside light also didn’t work in one of the villas. In general, the property could use a little care.

Great resort with an amazing pool. The villa was huge!

The quality of the food offer is a lower standard than the rest of the resort. Having to pay for tennis court use and also racquets seemed unnecessary.

Lots of choices and lovely staff.

The location is right in front of beach with private beach and property is spread across few acres with all the villas. the swimming pool and morning breakfast were highlights. very spacious room including service were amazing.

hotel charged us for one broken cup which was by accident in balcony area due to wind. we were happy to pay but never had this sort of charge before.

Everything was awesome, spa and sauna/stream room facilities very good and included in the price.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful too. However, the pool had lose tiles and it was sad to see so much rubbish on the beach.

It was everything that I would expect from an International Hotel. The staff was so friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely big bedroom. Huge sparkling clean pool. Good spa.

There was a lack of information available from any staff about what was going on in the nearby town of Hoi An. (And there were many things that went on). Nothing about cycle or moped hire. No maps. No literature about what the hotel had to offer. It also had a golf course nearby according to to the bedroom TV screen, but no one seemed to know anything about it. Also it should have been made clear that the hotel was 8 kilometres from Hoi An.

we stayed in the villa with pool and the property is amazing, the size of a small house. Right now the price is right, 40% of what it was before covid. it’s a short 10 min trip into town and a perfect spot if you want to relax. If you want to be in the heart or Hoi An it’s not for you. Also, having the mini mart across the road from Vinpearl was great - alcohol, chips etc.. just want out for the expiry date, we got some stuff that was past it due date and wasn’t eatable.

it’s a little run down and it’s a shame. COVID has really hurt the resort and the street is full or abandoned hotels.
