False advertisement . The staff alerted me when I arrived that they did not have the accommodations size of rooms and beds within those rooms as stated on this site. No ice , at the facility . Only (2) bathrooms. Very rude front desk attendant that took checked me in. Two of the other staff that were older ladies were nicer but could not make up for the rude nature of the young lady I’m charge at the front desk.

False advertisement . Rooms were cold and did not have the beds states in the dorm facility.

My money got stolen, room wasn't clean upon my arrival. Water was not hot in the morning and the bathroom light wasn't working

These nothing to like, the place is very bad we had to sleep on sheets and were given a duvet for a single bed, which had characters for kids(Frozen cartoon) place it's dodgy with the showers drainage pipes being blocked and not taking out the water but getting full that it spill out the side to the floor. regret going to this place the pictures they have selected the best sides of the place.

everything in that place was of a bad experience of my life same with the money i paid it's not worth for that place.

The place was nice and clean

We were not told that we pay extra cash to get blankets and iron and we asked for a knive we were not given... We were suppose to use a chair to climb the bunk beds, there were no towels in to use after bathing... We couldn't get help instant they argued in front of us that we were not suppose to be in that room our room was on the other side so the housekeeper guy couldn't help with everything we wanted... We were not told to bring our own lighters for our rooms during loadshedding and there is nothing they can do we will stay in the dark... We were so disappointed nje... And the sink on the bathroom was leaking when we wash our hands😥

Don't stay here. There are not enough keys for guests staying the in rooms. Beds hadn't been cleaned for days and the rooms aren't suitable. I was also left waiting outside alone with my bags for almost an hour in the dark as no one was there to let me in even though the time had been pre-arranged. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, much better places nearby with better facilities.
