Luxury Lakeview Condo
Willkommen in unserer Wohnung im Wald - obwohl es eine Eigentumswohnung, unsere Gäste oft zu kommentieren, sobald sie hereinspaziert sie denken, sie in einer gemütlichen Hütte sind. Wir sind auf 40 abgelegenen, bewaldeten Morgen auf einem Bergrücken oberhalb der Stadt und die Seen. Auf der Suche nach Wasser bieten? Unsere Deck bietet einen weiten Blick über Shadow Mountain Reservoir, Mount Baldy und die schneebedeckten Bergketten. Der "Town 'Stil unserer komplexen heißt, wir sind in separaten, versetzten Gebäuden und bietet Fenstern auf drei Seiten und jede Menge Bäume, Berge und Wasser, auf den Blick. Genießen Sie die Ruhe unserer parkähnlichen Umgebung mit dem Komfort der Stadt bequem zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad. Das Tor zum Rocky Mountain National Park ist nur eine Meile von unserem Haus. Wir sind auf einer "Elk Run" und im Herbst sie gerade unter uns Bugle. Anderen Zeiten des Jahres erwarten, Bären und Füchse zu sehen. Unverwechselbar eingerichtet, unsere Wohnung wurde komplett auf den Sparren umgebaut. Unsere Gäste beschreiben unser Eigentum als "gemütlich" und "romantisch. ' Luxusausstattung gibt es zuhauf.

We had a great weekend at this condo. It is a convenient location to town and the entrance to RMNP (3-5 min drive to both) and has a great view of the lakes from the deck. We especially loved all of the hummingbirds and they would come right up to us when we were out there. The condo was well stocked and very comfortable - kitchen had everything we needed for cooking (we brought our own food but there were also some pantry items already there) and the family room had games the kids enjoyed playing. The owners were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the heated floor in second bath. Frame TV had impressive picture when not watching TV. Great barware, nice dishes, silverware, and glassware. Only negative is when moving in, you have to first go down stairs then up stairs to haul everything. Fireplace was thermostatically controlled which was nice on cool mornings. Would definitely consider staying there again if staying at Grand Lake. Very convenient to RMNP which was nice for entering without a pass before 9 am.

So glad we chose to stay here during our trip to Grand Lake! Super clean, quiet and cozy. This is the nicest Vrbo property I’ve ever stayed in. Usually there is a sterile, faux vibe but this place felt like a very nice lived in home. The views can’t be beaten and loved the heated tile in the bathroom! Would love to come back!

We loved our stay, the view and fireworks from the deck on the 4th! Easy access to town, trails, kayaking, restaurants, grocery store and the community theatre. We will be back!

Our family loved our stay in this property. We have rented numerous properties before and this one was the most stocked property we have ever stayed in. The property had everything we needed, including a pencil sharpener (came in so handy for the kids colored pencils.) The mornings and evenings on the deck were amazing and the big highlight were the two moose in the field just down the road from the condo. We loved every minute of our stay here and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The condo was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, well-supplied, and provided an awesome view of both Grand Lake and Shadow Mountain Lake as well as the surrounding mountains. Neighborhood quiet. Awesome huge television for evening streaming.

The condo was lovely with a spectacular view. Our oldest son and family ended up - last minute- visiting for 3 days. The oldest grandson & friend stayed in a tent at KOA down the road. Our daughter was working at the theatre as Education Director so we took care of our little grandsons during weekdays. The place was perfect! My husband and I stayed here in June 2023 after a long search for the perfect place to stay. We were so happy that we chose to stay here.
The communication with Katie and Rob was great and we knew exactly what to expect with location and directions, check in, what was available during the stay, and what to do during check out.
We felt the location was perfect for our needs- close to Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Ave, but in a quiet area. The property was clean and well kept with plenty of space for the two of us. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio looking at the beautiful view, and felt it was the perfect place to come to at the end of a long day hiking and exploring.
Grand Lake View has all the comforts of home. We felt the kitchen, closets, and bath were stocked with any odds and ends we needed, and definitely appreciated having the washer/dryer after hiking. The book on the coffee table even had pictures and names of common wildlife in the area!
We are excited to take another trip to Grand Lake and hope to stay here again! We cant recommend it enough.

I only need one word to describe our stay - PERFECT! We had an amazing week at this beautiful condo overlooking the lake! It was equipped with everything we could need plus some! We loved sitting by the fireplace in the evening and having coffee on the patio! My husband and I are both bird lovers and got some of our favorite shots right from the balcony and were also treated a gorgeous double rainbow over the lake! We would love to stay here again! Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Loved the location. Local moose hung out around condo and there is a fox on property too. entrance to RMNP was at bottom of hill and good time to be there before memorial day. Condo was well stocked and neighbors were nice. Definitely a place to return to

This place was amazing. Getting here from Denver was a breeze. The views were amazing. The place was clean and had everything we needed. I loved seeing all the different animals and so close to hiking trails. The complex was quiet and I would definitely return.

This property was just as advertised- comfortable, well- equipped with everything you could possibly need, including multiple games, 2 TVs with every network imaginable, cozy beds, etc. the hosts were very helpful from the start and it is apparent how much they want to make your visit pleasurable/. Also- great views of the lake which have to be amazing during the summer- as there is seating out on the deck. All I can say is that it was a perfect home for us and we will definitely be back!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Very well maintained, high quality furniture, bedding, towels,, and kitchen appliances. Wooden steps to condo are a little tricky with rain and large suitcases but overall, loved it!

Comfortable place and excellent location. I felt totally at ease here and incredibly relaxed. We enjoyed the views off the deck and watching the Hummingbirds and other wildlife. A quick drive or beautiful walk to town, lots to see and do. This is a must stay!! We look forward to going back. Thank you!!

This is our 3rd time staying at this beautiful property and once again it did not disappoint! It is well equipped and in a wonderful location. The views cannot be beat! Starting out the day before our hike with a cup of coffee on the balcony enjoying the mountains, the lakes and our hummingbird friends was the perfect way to start the day. We will be back!

I am a regular visitor to Grand Lake over the past 30+ years . . . and never knew how beautiful Grand Lake really was until we stayed in this condo! You can clearly see both Grand Lake and Shadow Mountain and from the great balcony and the inside is updated and very welcoming in every way. I highly recommend this space in a lovely place ! !

Beautiful property with amazing views from the deck! Loved watching the hummingbirds. Great place to use as our hub for exploring RMNP and GL, hiking, and fishing. The property is very close to the entrance of RMNP. The space was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Excellent accommodation for our 11 days in Grand Lake.
The condo was cozy, view was great, and we loved how well the kitchen was appointed. Great spot to relax and as a hub for exploring, hiking, and fishing. Really enjoyed it.

The kitchen stocked thoughtfully, the layout of the condo was spacious and cozy. The bedrooms were comfortable. We used and enjoyed the bluetooth speaker, and although we didn’t watch TV we appreciated the art that was displayed on the TV when it wasn’t in use. There were lots of games and information on the condo and about the surrounding area was organized and helpful. It’s nice to have the convenience of a washer/dryer. The distance to entering RMNP couldn’t get any closer or going to the GL Nordic center and close to downtown GL. Thank you😄
