Beautiful hotel. the decoration is so nice, the terrace is amazing. we really enjoyed the breakfast and views. the staff at the terrace restaurant, at the main restaurant and most of the others are very nice people and always smiling. the rooms are very original. location is great

the young guy at reception has a negative attitude. we could not sleep well for the first 2 nights due to noise from the street and he would not even believe us. every time you ask a question it is as if you are annoying him. the other thing is the noise in the bedroom. we were at the one with the tree with the boxing glove (number 7). they should look into installing thicker windows or something because you have all the noises from the street as if they were inside the room

location and interior

1/ the noise from the bar till late in the night. Good hotel for young people however not recommend for families as a decent night rest is difficult there. 2/ lots of cats which isn’t always as hygienic, we had the cats doing there business in front of the room. 3/ we had a room with 3 beds however the beds weren’t that comfortable 4/ hot water in the shower wasn’t always available We decided to move after a few nights to another hotel. Main reason for this was the noise

Room was uniquely decorated. It also had a lovely balcony with a seated area with a good view of the sea. It was centrally located. It was clean and staff were very friendly. Solid breakfast

It was a little overpriced: a good room but probably lacks the facilities to warrant such a high price.

Facility & Decoration + Amazing Location

The Boiler was directly next to the room and made really loud noises every 3Minutes all during the night too

The regular staff are super friendly and great.

There's no facilities you'd expect for this price. Basically I wanted to take food to my room and I didn't necessarily expect room service but got told to just check if the kitchen is still serving so you have to compete with the public who are using the bar which was super busy, and they were out of pizza by 9pm, and the staff are frantically busy. There Basically isn't any preference for guests which is fine but they're charging EUR150 for a room which is the same as the sofitel in Agadir, which has everything . Also the guy wearing Armarni , I think it was the manager - you were whispering to your staff and giving me disapproving looks when I was sat about 3 metres away , on my own having a quiet drink. Then you gave me another dissaproving look when you walked away . Don't treat your guests like that , if you've got a concern, speak to them properly.

Munga Guesthouse has a great vibe.. The decor is fantastic and the staff excellent. The breakfast was perfect, with a nice view over the beach. The restaurant is great, the food wonderful, and one of only 4 places in Taghazout where you can get wine and beer! Would definitely recommend.

Maybe an evening meal on the roof option would be nice. Be careful of the hot water, it goes cold to boiling in a split second, whist in the room we had, the cold tap didn't turn off fully, it just kept turning!

the location, the cleaning, the aesthetic of the room and the rooftop terrace for breakfast and dinner. the food is amazing as well.

there was too much noise during the night!

It was a stunning property and the staff were incredibly attentive. We even got upgraded because a suit was going spare!

Our first room was a little noisy above the bar, as the noise travelled, but we were so tired from travelling all day that it wasn’t a bit deal.

Most beautiful place in Taghazout, I never been in better place! Go there! Personal is also very nice. Order transport from hotel if you need, they have good prices I think. Thank you Munga! See ya next time!

Maybe more different breakfast and more vegetables, but isn't any problem, just recommendation for hotel staff.

ambiance and staff

We stayed here for a night. Very cool interior design and lovely staff. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were very tasty.

No one upstairs to get a drink by the pool and the chairs in the pool were covered in bird poo so could have been cleaned. Our room was very loud with noise from the street (motorbikes etc) so would recommend asking for a room higher up / away from the road if that bothers you. Otherwise great spot.

More restaurant staff training for correct orders and to correct mistakes instead of asking guests to pay for it.

Breakfast was great. The bed was the best we had so far in Morocco and the room was amazing. Location also, we just expected Taghazout to have a little bit more to offer, but that has nothing to do with Munga guesthouse, which was great!

The shower: very little water and either too cold or too hot :)

Interiour designis fabulous, rooms ar huge, rooftop restaurant is very good.

There is no place (besides room) to chill and hangout. The rooftop “pool” is 10 cm deep, without shade and vry much up for renovation. For th eprice you pay, that was a dissapointment

Rooms are exceptional aswell as the staff

Authenticity, great staff and lovely view at the terrace on the roof. Staff really went out of their way to make the stay pleasant.

Water didn’t flow away in the shower leading to standing in a pool of water during the shower or for loved ones taking a shower afterwards. Also, the key of the door kept jamming and seemed to be the same key used for the door to the streets. The food during breakfast was great although a bit of variety would have been nice as we were staying for 4 nights.
