The communication on forehand was good. View from the room overlooked the value. Showers were good! Breakfast was so good, all you require for a long day walking. Staff is super friendly.

The beds were a bit hard.

The view (Wow), the location, the value, the decor, the amenities, and the support. All incredible!

Mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. Found stains on sheets. Breakfast only available for 1.5 hours, which was not convenient. Large squeegee found in bathroom, looked out of place, until the water in the shower went all over the floor - then we found the squeegee useful for cleaning up after a shower.

The property is nicely furnished and clean. The room was quite large and there was enough space for our belongings in the cardboards. We absolutely enjoyed the mountain view from our room, and the breakfast was really delicious.

We received no SMS-code of the key boxes of the rooms so we had to ask by phone. Checking out is too soon (10 a.m. the latest) When checking out extra fee was charged -- and deducted from my account -- by the mistake of the recepcionist. It was restored by next day. No lifts.

Very nice and cozy room, great breakfast. We enjoyed our stay a lot :) The staff was amazing, helpful. Would definitely recommend this place for a stay any time of year.

Rooms very comfortable - not big but well organized and cozy. Clean and nicely done bathrooms. Breakfasts were tasty and it was very convenient to have them served in the villa. The menu was exactly the same every day but the buffet selection was wide enough to choose something else each time. We stayed there for 5 nights. Fresh fruits were served each morning and there were plant-based milk drinks available - which both is a big plus. Villa Emma location is close to the ski bus (5 min walk) and best local restaurants. Free of charge ski equipment storage is also available for guests.

The drinks selection for breakfast needs some improvement though. Coffee was horrible and no black tea (only fruit or flavored), no fresh lemon. Juices were very artificial. These were the only issues. We ended up with buying our own supplies of tea and coffee and bringing them with us each morning to the dining room.

Great place to stay. Amazing view at the mountains. Tasty breakfast.

Could be a bit closer to the ski lifts but that's not a problem if you have a car.

It located not far from the big lake and we had a wonderful panorama to the surrounding mountains. The staff was amazingly helpful, and the breakfast was great for us.

The shower was built in a strange way, so there were some water issues.

Comfy & clean place with eco natural design & excellent location for exploring High Tatras. Enjoying morning coffee with magnificent mountain panorama including view of Krivan during sunrise was simply divine. Definitely place to come back.
