Very nice room, very spacious. Nice little kitchenette and comfy beds. Close to restaurants and pubs.

Our room was on the first floor and it was extremely noise very early in the morning.

The staff were very welcoming, apartment was great, parking & location were convenient.

Other reviews make mention of a grumpy/ rude man. He is disgusting - we have never been treated so badly. We were made to feel extremely unwelcome and would have left if there was no cancellation fee. Another guest was also extremely upset at the treatment she received. We were also shocked at how the manager treats his staff - berating the one staff member who had opened a back door to allow for us to get luggage from the car in the rain. He expected that he should walk around and it was unacceptable for her to assist us. As other reviews they will not even acknowledge you before the check in time. And the check in process is clinical, no attempt to answer any questions - just give us your passport, here are your keys. In addition, we were also accused of lying, where we were apparently told about parking in person they day before we arrived! In the end one of our party had to ask him to leave us alone as he was getting more abusive. The parking has space for 4 cars (5 spots but the 5th is not possible) and thereafter you need to park elsewhere. If you park across the road they want Eur40 a day. So, you must park down the street.

This was a lovely apartment at the quiet end of a little town. The views from our window were beautiful. The breakfast was absolutely amazing!

There was very minimal parking behind the hotel. We had to park a block or two away, but it was free.

They did laundry for ua for 10 euros. That was appreciated because we were hiking and in need of fresh clothes. Breakfast buffet was amazing, good choice. Highly recommended!

We had the room on the first floor facing the street. Next time, I would probably try to ask for any room but this one.

Self contained apartment but option for breakfast and a lovely bar on the terrace outside. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. All round great place to stay.

A little road noise.

The terrace area is really nice.

The listing said that there is AC but there wasn’t any. It was really hot and when we asked the staff, the really rude manner got said its not my problem is the listing says there is AC. He refused to provide fans even for our 2 yr old. We were trying to checkout 5 mins before defined time and the rude man refused. Then they came 5 mins late and when we said we’ve been waiting they started spring at us saying “You always have a problem” Overall the management specially the extremely rude man spoiled the stay.

value and cleanliness of the room

one of the main staff (maybe owner) was not very nice. For 6 people 1 tiny bathroom was a little challenge.

Late check in time. Arrived at 4 instead of 5 said check in wasn’t available. Owners were sat outside chilling. Got up as soon as it was 5 to check in and they got up to do it and were rude. No air con. Bed not comfortable

Very poor customer care by the staff (owners of the hotel). They are charging extra 25 EUR for "final cleaning", which is unfair as cleaning is standard service, but moreover the room was not clean (there was a blood stain on the bed sheet). When I raised this to them they shouted loudly and accused me with making the bed sheet dirty. As they were very adamant to this extra charge, and we wanted to leave asap, I had to pay the charge and file a complaint.

It was a great studio for the price with a small but functional kitcen corner. Our room was right next to the entrance, but it wasn't loud, because after 10 pm the terrace closed. The room was nice and comfortable, I recommend the place when staying in Bovec.

The view of the mountains was great.

There are only very few parking spaces at the accommodation, you have to walk 100m to the car.
