Exclusive Quiet Villa in Residential area of Peyia with Private Pool & Sea Views
Die Villa Madelise ist eine neue exklusive, moderne 3-Zimmer-Unterkunft in einer privaten Sackgasse mit 12 Villen im malerischen Dorf Peyia. Die Villa befindet sich auf einem privaten Grundstück mit privatem Pool (8x4m) mit römischer Treppe für einfachen / sicheren Zugang und großer, gefliester Umgebung zum Sonnenbaden. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 3 große Doppelschlafzimmer, alle mit Balkon und Meerblick, mit Bad zum Hauptschlafzimmer. Der Wohnbereich besteht aus einer großen separaten, gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem Frühstücksraum mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Die offenen Sitzgelegenheiten Bereich bietet Platz für 6/8 bequem hat Terrassentüren zum Pool und angrenzender Garderobe und begehbarer Dusche. Das hohe Maß an Ausstattung umfasst weiterhin kostenloses 12 MB WLAN, Satellitenfernsehen mit 70 UK-Kanälen (einschließlich Sport), DVD und PS3. Die gesamte Villa ist voll klimatisiert. Es wurden alle Anstrengungen unternommen, um Ihren Aufenthalt hier zu einem wirklich entspannenden Erlebnis zu machen, wie zum Beispiel bei Ihrer Ankunft Champagner und Willkommenspaket.

Had the best ten days holiday here the villa is great clean and tidy the host mike was great from start to finish of are stay and the pool is what made the holiday with the hottest summer cyprus as had in years will definitely be coming back

This was my first solo adventure so I knew I'd want somewhere really lovely and comfortable to stay as I'd be spending a significant amount of time at the villa. This lovely home was perfect.
Immaculately clean - the pots and pans here can definitely be used straight from the cupboards! And there's everything there that you could possibly need.
Really comfortable beds, great pressure in the showers, lovely pool at perfect temperature. There's sunshine in the garden all day until 7pm at night (July). English channels on the tv was great for watching the Euros and Netflix was really welcome. Internet was strong throughout the house and garden.
Mike was super helpful and the welcome pack groceries were really appreciated. A real gem of a find that I will be returning to.

Arrived very late at night and had trouble finding the villa. Mike was brilliant and helped us find the villa. The villa was absolutely stunning. Very clean and homely. Aircon in each room which helped a lot. Kitchen was huge with a massive american style fridge freezer. The pool was thr icing on the cake. Great after a day in the sun, to get in and cool down. The villa is only 5mins drive from coral bay and around 25mins from paphos harbour. Its in a very nice quiet cul de sac. Definitely would recommend hiring a car. Theres some local bars/takeaways and shops within walking distance. We decided to drive to them as its been over 30c each day.
I would 100% recommend and will definitely be coming back. Thanks again to mike for all his help. Hes been great from the moment i was looking at booking, right up until the end

Great place beautifully presented pool was fabulous would recommend to stay brilliant for all amenities and restaurants great bakery up the road by haris bar great for snacks and Sunday lunch and other meals

Villa Madelise had everything we needed for our stay and was ideally located for Peyia itself and only slighted further away for Coral Bay. A car is definitely needed to get around and explore the area.

Lovely villa located in quiet cul de sac. Well-appointed air-conditioned place with good size swimming pool. The villa was spotless and everything you would require is supplied in the villa. We hired a car and was grateful as the villa has a couple of bars / restaurants in walking distance, but we did feel we wouldn't want to eat there every night as the variation on the menu was fairly limited.
Easy access for days to Paphos and into Coral Bay, would recommend the villa for a great family holiday.
People are so friendly in Cyprus and we will certainly return.

Had a great stay in this lovely villa set in a quiet area of Peyia. Comms with the owner was great from the moment we booked. On arrival everything was clean and tidy and the villa is well equipped. It is situated 5 mins from Coral Bay Beach by car, Peyia is hilly and a car is recommended. There are a handful of shops and restaurants in the village that we decided to drive to because of the hills but they can be walked to if you dont mind the heat! There is also a large supermarket just outside of Coral Bay. The villa has aircon in most rooms which was handy paricularly in the bedrooms for cooling the rooms before bed. The pool is lovely and clean, not massive but perfect for us and the grandkids to muck around in. We loved Coral Bay Beach, which we went to some mornings, returning early afternoon to chill in the villa and pool before heading out to eat. And Paphos old town is lovely to walk around and eat/drink at, and only 20 mins or so by car. Overall a lovely holiday in a nice well-equipped villa which we are happy to recommend.

The communication from the owner Mike was fantastic, really helpful and accommodating. The villa itself is very nice, fully air conditioned with English TV stations available to view on a large screen TV. The pool was lovely and very well kept. We did have a hire car, which I believe is necessary when staying here, although there are local amenities within walking distance.
All in all I would highly recommend this property.

The villa was perfect for our needs. We had four adults and one teen staying for a week and found that there was plenty of space for all of us.
The villa is located in a quiet cul de sac, close enough to several restaurants, bars and shops for essentials.
It is fully equipped for everything that you would need plus plenty of books, games etc to make use of.
The private pool was ideal for relaxing around too.
Thank you for making us feel so welcome and at hand when needed, we hope to be able to visit again in the future!

Nice 3 bedroom villa in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac in a nice area. Restaurants/cafes close enough to walk to. Within easy reach of Coral Bay. Large supermarket close by too which is very handy. Bakery within walking distance.

This is a lovely villa with everything you need for a family stay. The living area is spacious with enough space for the whole family. The tv was perfect with every channel you’d want.
The villa has a great outdoor area with bbq, sun loungers table and chairs for alfresco dining.
The kitchen is well equipped and has all mod cons, washing machine, diishwasher, microwave, even a water chiller.
Air conditioned throughout.

From start to finish Mike ensured that the the Villa was up to standard with everything we needed for a family holiday. Ideal location but you need a car to see the Island.

I have lost the count of times we have stopped at villa madalise and every holiday just seems to get better. The villa is amazing it has everything you need for the perfect family holiday. Peyia is a beautiful village its a hidden gem, and only a short drive away from coral bay, paphos and lots of local attractions. Mike does a brilliant job keeping in touch. And Phil and Denise are always on hand if you need them. I really cant recommend this villa enough. Once again thank you for a lovely holiday🙂🏖

Excellent villa in a good location. Within walking distance to the old town and new town of Peyia. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars for the small village. The villa is stocked for every need and the host Mike provides excellent communication from the start of your booking to the end of your stay. I would 100% recommend a stay at this villa.

Great location !
This is a very well equipped villa with many extras. Situation in a quiet cul-de-sac with views down to the sea. Within walking distance of shops and bars. Pool cleaned twice a week by Phil who is on hand to sort any problems you may have. Thoroughly recommend this villa

It’s a lovely place to atay
Wonderful pool man was fantastic gave us a route to go for a walk quiet not far from restaurants shops and a wonderful cake shop no complaints what so ever thank Mike from us we had a great time

The house is OK. Obviously a rental place and not a home. Very little furniture, but adequate. Description and pictures online are correct.
- Missing smoke detektor
- Asked to wash to beach towels before leaving, but no washing powder.
- No shampoo or shower gel for the first morning. Would have been nice.
- Welcome package was very limited. We did not expect champagne (as was listed), but we got the cheapest 1 litre white wine, the cheapest orange nectar and jam for one slice. Is the owner aware of this?
- The Internet was the biggest problem. We were promised 12 Mpbs, but had vary varying speed between 2 and 5 Mpbs. Working was made very difficult because of this.

Very enjoyable stay at the villa. Suited our needs with plenty of space and the pool was great. Close to some great restaurants and short drive to lovely beaches.

Great, out of season stay
Big thank you to Mike for making our stay so straight forward, meaning we could relax straight away. The property had everything that we needed, was spotless and was a great location for exploring both coast and mountain areas. Recommendation of Peyia Tavern was great - and merciful downhill walk after the volume of food that came with the meze. Would recommend as a place to stay near Paphos.

We loved this villa - nicely laid out, spacious, great balconies, yard, BBQ and pool. We really appreciated the little things like sun cream, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, cloths, sponges, beach towels and mats, buckets and spades, etc. that made our stay more enjoyable and can often be a chore to bring or buy. The couple looking after the villa were helpful and kind, and the cul-de-sac it's in was nice with friendly neighbours. Only thing I've marked it down on is accuracy of listing as the listing mentioned a free bottle of champagne which we never found! But there was 3/4 of a bottle of Ouzo in the cupboard :)
Will definitely try to stay here again next visit.

a week in october
Really enjoyed our week at the villa. It was spacious enough for the 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Within easy reach of the village centre and the taverns up there - about a 15 minute walk, and also about a 10 minute walk to other bars down the hill. The villa was easy to find and the welcome groceries in the fridge were a lovely surprise. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there was plenty of space for clothes etc. The pool area was well maintained and looked after. the villa had everything you needed to cook and prepare meals if you wanted and the bbq was great. Lovely quiet residential location. Would highly recommend.
