Lack of break fast. No flexibility by staff, a customer being forced to pay up front at all times.

It was safe/ secure, central for visiting beaches and easy for nearby foods

Congestion on their front desk you can't even enjoy their coffee because there's a que to their front desk and in the morning was 1 person attending guests. Its even worse they put milk next to machine and no one checks if is finish or still fresh. Lastly not having shower caps but they know they have showers in their rooms. How can I forget the window in my room that is not tinted or frosted, when you open the blinds you feel like you are naked because you closer to the road and road users all looking at you. We ended up not opening the blinds. Although we wanted the natural light.

The staff is so helpful and friendly.The property itself is very neat.

Bed comfort was not OK and there was noise of the school kids who booked they were busy knocking on my door and run laughing.

I like the room was very nice and quiet. There was no disturbing.

Your service at the help desk was poor. What is the point of booking online and when you get there you must still wait for a room. When I arrived, I just want my key and go to my room because I was cold and tired.

The location was great, It was a few minutes drive to the CBD and all the areas we had planned to go to.

We had to buy our own cups,spoons and plates to eat from and we couldn't iron our clothes.So that really inconvenienced us.
