We were expecting the hotel to look a little run down because of the price and the condition of the sign out front. However, the staff was fantastic, the room (though compact) was comfortable and very clean, and the location was perfect (next to a grocery store and walkable to restaurants and trails).

The restaurant located at the hotel was closed when we arrived, but it was Sunday. Most places have different hours on Sundays so we understood.

Breakfast great, facilities very good for business travels, particularly the parking lot and the nearby train station for free-of-charge public transport; also park-and-ride Kockelscheuer is good to reach when heading for Luxembourg-City downtown. Great food in the restaurant, great service in hotel and resto.

Restaurant is open till 9pm only, but kitchen more or less closes at 8:30pm. One needs to be there in time. The WLAN is sometimes odd, it is good for surfing internet, but it seems to block certain eMail protocols. It is useful to have one's own LTE prepared for spare.

Easy parking, decent WiFi. Helpful staff who fetched a kettle for me. Comfy bed. Convenient distance from Dudelange Centrale station and to shops

Bit noisy from other rooms - could be better sound-proofed. Ironic to encourage patrons not to change towels 'for the sake of the environment' whilst also leaving single-use plastic bottles of water!

No elevator to get your luggage to the upper floor. Rooms in a tiny house are bigger. A bathing of about one square meter is a challenge we didn’t appreciate. So if you want to get claustrophobia take a standard room in this hotel.

Bathroom very small - even by European standards. Water pours out from under shower door and completely floods the bathroom.

The breakfast is good. The only problem is You do not have free lactosa milk or vegetables milk for the people who is allergic yo lactose or more variety of fruit.

Special productos like free lactosa or vegetable milk for people who hace problema with the lactose.

Location was great and staff were very friendly.

Bedroom was 'cosy' and bathroom also, but not too bad for a one night stopover. Main problem was the heat in the room!! In the absence of air-con, a fan would have been very useful.

Room rather small; no A/C in a hot summer or fan offered (although we didn't ask) Receptionist could have given more information on parking in Lux City

The lady at reception was very welcoming and friendly. She gave my son a welcome box with a puzzle, balloon and sweets inside which he loved. There was also a bottle of water, biscuits and sweets in the room. The room and bathroom were excellently presented and clean and the whole place had a nice smell. The bed was very comfy and the water hot. The wifi worked well and the lady was also very accomodating in the bar/ restaurant where delicious food was available. The carpet was also spotless in the room and in the corridor and up the stairs. There were no marks anywhere or on the walls like you normally get in hotels. Everywhere was sparkling clean and comfortable.

Nothing, we were just disappointed we couldn't stay longer!
