Staff friendly, gym, swimming pool, sauna,, breakfast, bar all excellent!!!

Not too sure why the £5 parking fee can't be included in the room price- very odd.

Hotel is well located for walking to old town and clean with good facilities l. Staff are polite and helpful

Shower was difficult to switch from tap on bath to shower. Gave up on one occasion and had a bath in stress. Would like water in room

Room had a bad smell like damp and smoke that you get in old house with dirty carpet. Turning on the heater made the smell worse and we had to spend the night without heater. We changed room but same smell in the new room. We practically had very little sleep.

SATURDAY NIGHT ADVENTURE COUPLE EXTREMELY TIRED

EVEN AFTER SIMPLE INSTRUCTION PRIVACY AGAIN WAS BREACHED NOT JUST ARROUND SITE BUT EVEN DURING SWIMMING POOL TIME. WHOLE HOTEL FEELS LIKE REFFUGE CAMP THANKS TO MR ELF WHO POINTED A TRAP. AT LEAST IT PROOFS BRITISH SYSTEM NEED DOWNSIZING BY 25% WHY BY SO MUCH POINT COS FULL FLOOR NR 4 WAS MANIPLULATED BY GUEEST PEOPLE. AT THE END THE OLD MAN STICK FALL OFF IN WRONG TIME AND SITTING POSITIONS WAS OPOSITE TO EXPECTAITION. YUMMY BREAKFAST WITH LET ME GUESS CZECH 2+1 REMINDING ME AMERICAN VIDEO STORY ABOUT HITLER AND THE WAR. AGAIN HUGE FAIL BY AGENCY THAT SHOULD PROTECT NOT SHARED DATA ARROUND THE GLOBE. AND YOU ALL HAVE RIGHT TO COMPLAIN ON WAY BACK DISSGUSTING.

The breakfasts were a surprise for me and my daughter There was absolutely everything for every kind of customer kind of taste and diet full choices. The room was beautiful,beds so comfortable it was a challenge to wake up 😊.Im really amazed about the many nice spaces where to seat and relax on very comfy sofas enjoying delicious cocktails 🍸 The patio outside was SO beautiful surrounded by nature and lights in the night.Excellent all in one place.🥰

Terrible advertising- bordering on false advertising. Rooms were not new refurbished as advertised, the bathroom was stained and black marks all over the tiles. Apparently it’s the carpet that’s been replaced- that’s not a refurb. The room was nothing remotely like the photo. The wallpaper is coming away and generally poor condition. The hotel has refugees staying, they were very loud and security staff have to be posted on floors and entrances , very disconcerting and concerning. This was not explained or divulged prior to booking. The hotel cannot be four star, which is what’s advertised. The roof outside my room has rubbish all over it and smells. The bathroom is disgusting, black marks and the bathtub was brown stain.

Room had very strong distinctive odour of cooking coming from neighbouring corridor. Windows heavily condensated with mould on net curtains. Tv remote didn’t work. Toilet didn’t flush correctly. Very surprised and uncomfortable to find that we were accommodated alongside a large number of asylum seekers with additional concerns that there was 24 hour security staff outside our room. This should have been made clear at the time of booking. Corridors outside room very noisy.

This hotel is well located for access to / from the M4. We were very pleased with the double double bed room for our family stay, the beds were comfortable. Temperature in the room was cold on arrival but soon warmed up once we got the AC heating going, however this was very noisy so we could not leave it running all night. Good facilities in the hotel - we enjoyed a swim and sauna in the fitness club. Restaurant was good for both dinner and buffet breakfast.

As mentioned, the heating system in the room was noisy.

Comfortable and clean room. We booked a quad sharing. It was roomy and nice.

Breakfast was the same spread everyday.

One of the nicest hotels in Swindon. Very well appointed room, good facilities and the gentleman at reception gave us free cupcakes on arrival! Free parking was a nice touch as well.

Good room size

Turned up and staff said they didn’t have any of the rooms we had booked and couldn’t provide them because of “work being done” on that floor. I complained and they said they would make one room available on that floor and have to sort it first so delayed check in. Then after getting us the one room on the floor we went up and it was full with people in all the other rooms. We are completely lied to and the staff handled it so badly. Over an hour to check in. Appalling. No offer of any compensation or breakfast etc

Quiet location, nice little pool and sauna/steam room. Also a gym if you want it. Pleasant bar. Shortish walk to Old Town.

Fridge in room but didn't work. Outside space could be a bit nicer to sit in. Took a £50 returnable deposit despite me already having paid for the room.
