Location is fabulous, you cross the road and you are at the beach which is fantastic. The room itself was spacious and the beds were comfortable.
Room was spacious but tired looking. Bathroom was very dated. Breakfast was poor, hardly any fruit, coffee was awful, generally not much choice for a person that doesn't eat sugary treats for breakfast. Staff at reception wasn't very informative, gave me the wrong information regarding parking, didn't know how to book additional time, you would expect more from the information point.

We are frequent visitors to this hotel however future booking may now be in doubt.
The heat in the room was unreal. I appreciate it is the middle of summer but this hotel is advertised as having air conditioning. This however, set at the lowest temperature of 18 degrees was expelling hot air. Maybe this was why the room (354) was equipped with 3 fans. 1 of which was last PAT tested in 2017. With a fan either side of the bed and 1 at the foot of the bed this made for an extremely noisy and uncomfortable night.

It’s a bit shabby chic but it’s spotlessly clean and nothing was an issue. I would go back in a heartbeat.
I fell over in the car park due to a massive pothole. I’d rather not have done that …

We was there for 4 days was busy but we was in a room with no outlook the windows were blocked I asked to change rooms as we were there for four nights they said they was fully booked.

Dated ish hotel but wow we loved it! clean and so so comfortable. Great location and car park. we will definitely be booking again. o and the breakfast was far better than any we’ve had in any other hotel.

Beautiful location, great views and room size is excellent (family room) , lots of space for the family. Staff is very nice and very helpful.
It is a bit tired, could do with an update, however can not fault the cleanliness and beds were really comfy.
Parking is a bit of a nightmare at a busy weekend, if you come and go (like you go out for trips etc) you might not get a spot when you come back... not ideal.

Cold room the heating max temp was 24°c the actual max temp felt like 20°c. No hot water around 18.30
