Pas de double vitrage. Beaucoup de bruit de rue même si nous étions au 23 étage.

The pillows, its neither high or low and it gets lower as u sleep.

The room was big and comfortable. The staff was very nice all the time.

Breakfast had many option but not tasty. The building feels old and some if the facilites need some refresh.

The location is superb and the staffs are alwys so helpful and friendly. I have been staying with this hotel for the last 15years. The hotel has recently renovated all the rooms and it’s really nice.

The location is good, very close to many attractions

The first room was a disaster in terms of cleaning. We found spots and insects on the beds, and they look like they haven't been cleaned for a long time We requested to change the rooms and it was much better. The hotel is under renovation, so if you are going to book, try rooms in the lower floors 7 and under The breakfast is not wow, good for morning coffee and egg plate!

Renovation of the hotel particularly the elevators

Housekeeping team was helpful to help hang our wet clothes ( aft swimming) on the clothing rack.. ( we layed our wet clothes on the floor at the balcony to dry) .. Place is accessible to 7-11 store n other shopping areas..

Toilet door was not able to close completely and there was no place for us to hang our clothes in the toilet.

location is fantastic. there is a sofa bed and I can easily set it up for my kids to sleep. Nearby masseur can come over to massage at no surchrage.

draining of water is slow. aircon doesnt seem to be working well

Some parts of the room are a little dirty, with some stains on the sheets. The upper floors are a little rundown which the current renovation is good! The deluxe room was smaller than expected.

The hotel room was surprisingly big! It was definitely worth the price paid.

Take note that you'll be required to pay for security deposit.

The newly renovated room was very cosy and nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was very proactive as they will call to check if you require their service.

First day stay and we saw a cockroach in the room during the night. Not a real big deal but could be better to ensure no bugs in the room before customer check in. The lift was very slow too. During peak hours, have to wait for at least 15mins. Hope it will be better after their renovation.

Have always liked staying here. The hotel has close access to Platinum Market and the market that takes you through to Indra and Baiyoke Markets which is pretty handy, but you would need a taxi if you wanted to venture further such as MBK. The staff can't be faulted in any way and the pool is really nice.

We normally stay at a higher floor (our preference) but this time we were placed on the 7th floor so we missed the view which was a shame. The cost did come in a little high - we found another hotel for when we returned to Bangkok which was over $100AUD cheaper for the same time period and this swayed our decision to cancel our return booking.

the newly renovated rooms were really amazing and clean.

at first upon check in, I received a room which I did not asked for (double twin room) instead of the grand deluxe room. I wasn’t too happy about it as the room was outdated, lights were only available at the front door and the amenities in the room was pretty much old too and the fact that I did not booked the twin room. went down to complain and they had to “check” if any rooms were available. I feel that the hotel staff should check bookings before issuing out the keycards. when complained, they immediately change my room to the room that I booked. lift were too damn slow
