The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the features of the city. Plenty of restaurants close to the hotel.

Space is tight for a couple with large suitcases.

Un emplacement au top, entre le vieux Lyon et le centre. Une bonne literie et chambre propre. Proche du métro, accueil cordiale et petit déjeuner très correct.

Au mois de mars il fait pas chaud à Lyon. Une salle petit déjeuner un peu plus chauffée serait le bienvenu, j'ai eu froid... Pareil dans les couloirs, il fait froid. C'est assez désagréable...

Had a problem with the toilet door not shutting. Staff already knew about it . Temporary wedge arrangement not ideal and the wedge was removed by cleaners meaning we had to go looking for help with this a second time

Ideal location - easy walking distance to the old town, Bellecour, Hotel de Ville etc and tons of great bars and restaurants ! The room and bathroom were both on the small side but had everything we needed including a kettle, and an iron and ironing board were available to borrow from reception. Staff were helpful and we did use the laundry service which was pricey but quick. Air con in the room was also good.

Very good location near the harbour, yet close to sights. Good breakfast and comfortable beds.

The lift was a little small.

The hotel is perfectly located and the staff was so nice and helpful.
