The hotel is good. Near the old town. The hotel parking lot was full, but the car could be left in a public parking nearby.

The Room was Ok.

The Bathroom was absolutely No Go ! Paid 173 Euro for One Night to get such a bathroom. I was really shocked 😲

- the location is nice - it was clean - the room was accessable from side doors, which saved time

- room smelled like cigaretts - bath smelled like pee - breakfast personal was unfriendly (we ha a dog with us and therefore could not pick our seats). - everything costs extra (parking, dog, breakfast), but that is not clear while booking. - the fridge is extremly small and not really cold.

The cleaning staff and the breakfast staff were really polite and competent. A smile, most notably a genuine smile makes you feel welcome.

Well, on day 1 we had breakfast at the hotel, as we did not book the breakfast while booking the room, we had to fill out some document and give it to the breakfast section. While signing this document, the receptionist asked if she wants me to book the breakfast for all of my stay, to which my answer was yes! However later that day, our plan changed and I wanted to cancel the breakfast for the next day, so I called reception and informed them about it, it was some guy who answered the call and told me that it was not a problem and he would note it down. During my last day of stay, the receptionist was so unfriendly as I did not show up for breakfast the day before. I explained to her that I had called the reception 1 day in advance to inform them. She was not convinced and kept repeating that she did not get the info and I would have to pay for the breakfast for the entire stay. For me paying was not the issue, as I totally understand that such changes may be irritating and maybe the reception guy have forgot to inform further, but it was embarrassing as other guests were around, and she was so unfriendly and insisted to pay for the entire duration. You don't forget the way people make you feel!!!!

For a 4 Star Hotel 😤😤 1) The single room was 12 m2 2) No Airconditioning and was told I must open a window if I need fresh air 3) On a street with lots of road noise especially if you have to leave a window open. 4) At the price breakfast should be included. 5) No evening restaurant, the closets being 1 km away. 6) No Mini bar - was told I must use the vending machine in the basement. 7) The Coffee in the room were instant Coffee sticks with powdered creamer. 😤😤 8) 3 pm - availability only on rooms 9) Not walking distance to any site seeing or points of interest.
