The Staff were very friendly nice room

WIFI was really bad could not get anything in the room on bottom floor, every time i stay there there are no beer pumps working

Friendly staff (4 seen, incl cleaner) - all made a point of engaging. Breakfast was reassuringly basic and DIY but perfectly adequate. Room was warm and comfortable. Road noise was constant but unavoidable and not overly intrusive.

Approach road was heavily potholed but this is not the fault of the venue.

Easy access from A1. Good Indian restaurant and takeaway right next to it… and a garage that closes early.

It is perfectly adequate for a short stay stop.

Breakfast was minimal but we had expected that. Hotel is a little out of the way of anywhere with an evening meal only available at a local Indian restaurant. Would have been good to know in advance that a microwave was available if we had wanted to heat up a microwave meal. Every room had twin beds and they were very comfortable.

Noise from others thin walls ,but nothing you can do about that .the property could do with a good make over . Carpet thin and needs new art work .tele wouldn’t always work .

Decor a little dated but super clean and super friendly staff. Excellent value for the money and staff could not do enough to help me feel welcome and safe as a lone woman traveller, and direct me to where I could get a meal locally. Great location and value for the business traveller on a budget.
