Everything was en pointe, staff were attentive to our every needs. Our room has club lounge access and it’s definitely worth it, every meal we had was amazing and the room has killer views. Would definitely stay there again :)

I booking suit at Ritz Carlton, for 1730,16 + 287 = 2017 $ , but Ritz Carlton (I don’t know why) charged from me 2120 $ , it hier than booking amount on 103 $ ! This is a lie! They told me about “rate was changed” - so what!? I booking in dollars before, it’s doesn’t matter all!!!! They wanted, that I will go with a manager to bank for change dollar to RMB. (Because they system doesn’t work now) A you crazy!??? In fly out day I spend my time on reception 1 hour! the mood was ruined! If you booking this hotel you should be for this!

First of all, the property is very clean. Of course, the staffs are very helpful and professional. Without their effort, we won’t feel like staying in the hotel is just like going home.

The friendliness, efficiency goes beyond anything - the breakfast staff were exceptional ! So attentive and accommodating , before you knew you wanted it they were already there giving it. The breakfast was spectacular and so was the view .

半夜三点花洒滴水被吵醒，检查了龙头是关好的，不知道是什么原因，过了十几分钟才停，时间太晚了就没打电话给总台；客房服务的餐点价格贵得离谱，而且味道不算好吃…；办入住的时候前台服务给人一种不专业的感觉，建议加强培训

hôtel très confortable, personnel aimable est toujours à l’écoute les chambres sont aménagées avec beaucoup de gouts Excellent petit déjeuner, vraiment un sans fautes A conseiller PS nous avions un vol le soir, comme nous devions libérer les chambres, un buffet nous a été offert gracieusement

Vraiment rien à redire, Au retour de Chine, avec ma famille nous avons fait escale à Dubaï (1 nuit hôtel Burj-al-Arab, théoriquement grande référence dans hostellerie), en toutes franchises les standards sont tellement éloigner La Chine a fait un tel bon dans hostellerie de luxe...

Well maintained and clean, good location and near most iconic buildings and training station, the staff are very friendly and attentive to details and we have a good conversation with a few staff on site, we eventually extended to stay one more night because we are so pleased with the experience.

The check-in at the hotel is extremely slow, hotel management needs to improve this; the staff at the breakfast restaurant is lacking of training, we ordered two cups of coffee, but waited for more than 30 minutes; the room facility is pretty old. From the parking lot to the hotel is a nightmare.

i am very sensitive to light and there are sensors in the room that flash all night and this made it difficult for me to sleep which was a real shame. also we tried to visit the roof top bar and this was very difficult as we were not told it required pre-booking. I think that the hotel should inform guests of this at the time of booking to allow guests to ensure they can book a slot if needed.

Few people speak English, a lot of misunderstanding arises from that. The pool was closed for reconstruction.

The hotel was fabulous. In the center of Shanghai. Fully equipped with everything we needed. The rooms were super clean and the view from the rooms was amazing. Maybe it's the best hotel I ever stayed in.
