Vecchio da ristrutturare, la chiave della camera non funzionava (mi hanno assegnato un'altra camera).
Per la colazione mi hanno fatto compilare un foglio per evitare sprechi. Ho scelto lo strudel, non si poteva mangiare, non fresco probabilmente di parecchi giorni.

A comfortable hotel, with friendly staff. Good breakfast. Reception ordered a taxi for me back to the Trieste Centrale station. It turned up promptly.
Trieste is a bit difficult to find your way round, with its narrow streets, and on arrival I was not sure what to do, as there was not a taxi rank.

The Hotel is in an ideal position both for city centre and the train station. The breakfast was good abundant. The room was OK.
When I arrived the room was very cold (under 17 degrees) and it took a long while to warm it. The cold wind outside probably didn't help.

The staff was very helpful, welcoming, and friendly. It is next to a pedestrian street filled with restaurants, shops, and is an easy walk to the "grand canal" and harbor. The breakfast was very good and individually prepared to our order! Great coffee, and attention It felt like home! Internet was good, air conditioning was good, I think the staff is very helpful and are eager to help in any way they can.
It is not a "grand" hotel -- but feels as though you are in an Italian family livingroom.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the centre. The room and bathroom were big enough but the shower was a little tight. The wifi was good but there was not enough socket in the room. The room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was very good.

The rooms in the booking.Com pictures are new, but we got an old room with old furniture and an old and ruin bathroom,
unfortunately that what is in the pictures does not correspond to reality.
For breakfast they asked us to write what we want to eat, so we wrote salami and cheese which unfortunately we didn't get, even though we waited 45 min

Even though located in a busy area (shopping, restaurants), there was no street noise whatsoever.
The beds were not comfy: hard and bad pillows.

It was nicer than I expected from the description, staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were a little harder than I expected, but overall very good value for the money. Breakfast was very nice indeed.
