Nice and very clean rooms in a quiet area. Restaurant offered nice food at a decent price

At night there was noise of people. WiFi was not working. Room was a bit small. Some bugs in the washroom.

Very nice hotel, nice room with terrace and Hängematte outside, giant bathroom, very clean, very cosy and comfortable bed, nice landscape, close to Varese and Como, ideal for crossing the border to Switzerland, nice shopping places and restaurants and bars nearby.

Unfortunately the pool was closed because of restorations.

Exceptionally helpful staff. The spa was so welcome after a day of travelling. Restaurant was lovely and very accommodating.

The room was dated, but very clean and comfortable beds. The restaurant on site serves excellent fish dishes and superb pizzas for a good price. Breakfast buffet had a very good variety. Staff very kind and accomodating.

There was no possibility to give individual staff members a tip. It all goes to the owner and then gets divided. I would much rather just tip the person that worked for it in that moment. I guess times are changing.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and the evening meal in the restaurant was good and affordable.

We were told (by another website) there was airconditioning on the rooms, but there wasn;t. Its not the property's fold but false info on another website.

Room was a good size but not set up as a twin room as we had originally booked. Also air conditioning didn’t work.

It was unfortunate that none of the spa facilities were within the original booking price. We wouldn’t have minded paying more for the room when we originally booked but it felt a bit fake to book a Spa Hotel only to find the booking only included the Hotel with extra charges of €15 per person for a 2 hour access to the Spa.
