Spacious, clean, everything was working

very comfortable and spacious room. the location is good, close to the main station and easy walk to city center. the breakfast is very good for a fair price, and it worths even if its in a different building (but vey close to the hotel)

We were a group of three travelers. Bedding for the sleeper couch was only brought to the room at our request just before midnight, despite checking in at 5pm and being told bedding would come. the bedding was only a sheet and pillow. On night two we finally got proper bedding for the sleeper couch, which we had to make ourselves. The room had cups for coffee but no kettle. There were only two small towels in the bathroom which was inadequate for three near adults ( we traveled with our 16 year old daughter)

It is closer to central station and metro station (5-8 minutes walking). If you want to reach city center are necessary more or less 10-15 minutes walking. Room is warm, silent and clean. Wifi is good, and there are sockets near the bed.

Just one things about breakfast. In Christmas time (I don't know if in other time of the year) you can have breakfast in another hotel...is necessary going there early or could be that a lot of food is finish.

Really scary experience! I have never been more disappointed in my life. We rented 2 suites and from the beginning things did not look good. In the refrigerator of one of the suites we found - together with the minibar items - a tomato from the previous tenant. On the balcony, the stench gave a recital as it had never been cleaned. There were hundreds of cigarette butts, used soda cans and half a bottle of vodka. But what really gave us the creeps was in our second suite where we found used toilet paper from the previous tenants. I went down to the reception and mentioned all of the above at the same time. Nothing changed at all. The next day afternoon, we collected the used toilet paper in a bag and brought it down to the reception ourselves. No surprise! In the rest, the air conditioners do not work. They have disconnected them from the electricity in all the rooms, on all the floors for reasons of economy. If you complain to them - as we did - they tell you that there is a fault in the system and the technician repairs it. Three days and no repair. The TVs were not working etiher (no power at all) The receptionists are polite with knowledge of English. It's worth getting to know the night shift employee. You will honestly wonder how such a guy serves in such a position!! Frighteningly indifferent, with outbursts of anger. We pointed out the problems to him and asked him to help us solve them... What we heard is indescribable! We ended up leaving a day early, giving them our prepayment as well, as we were loathe to even sleep! Dear fellow travelers, prefer any other place. It's a shame to ruin your vacation like this!

The rooms are clean and tidy. Unlike so many hotels of similar standard in Western Europe, this three-star-hotel still provides the kind of amenities that make your stay pleasant - a proper set of toiletries, a mini bar. This was much appreciated. The location is also great if you are travelling by train. And my room had a small balcony, which was such a nice touch.

The restaurant was not working! This is why I cannot honestly say the hotel met my expectations. This should have been made clear on the hotel website.
