We enjoyed our stay. Staff were polite and met our needs when we asked. Enjoyed swimming, was clean and very relaxing.

Pool towels had seen much better days, and at times, it didn't look like they had been washed. Breakfast could have done with a bit more European variation.

the old part of the hotel has an abundance of heritage style character. have stayed here at least 4 times and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

we had a room in the new building at the back. rooms have no character and are not as charming as the original. however it was nice and quiet as so many children in the front area making lots of noise! as kids do, no problem with that but would rather not have to listen to it all day!

stunning location in Calangute. it’s literally 5 minutes walk to the beach. but this is not like a few resorts which has private beach just for themselves. The beach is few meters away and it’s just awesome. The rooms were so new and clean and the bathroom was nothing short of a five star hotel. hopefully they maintain it that way. The swimming pool was amazing and very friendly staff. Breakfast is nice but the lunch and dinner was average. overall a very good relaxing experience and value for money.

Massage and spa was average.

Room was spacious and nice. Staff was good and always available. Food was mostly good . Veg could have been better but overall nice. The distance from the Calangute beach is the best point. Its barely 3 to 4 mins to reach the sea. And this beach gets some of the most beautiful sunset.

Property is small so it gets very loud when fully occupied. The swimming pool while nice is actually just infornt of the rooms thus guests playing in the pool will walk you up if you want to rest. And no swimming suit rule is enforced along with swimming pool timing. While it was mentioned as 9 to 9 , you can see women in salawar suits or men in shorts in the pool from 8 a.m and beyond 9pm.

Breakfast was good and the restaurant staff were very helpful Few names: Arup, Kushal, Sameer, Dibyendu All the folks at restaurant were nice and willing to help with food suggestions and moderate the preparation to suit the palate. Pool is nice and fun for kids. Layout of the villa/rooms is nice, around the pool. Pool staff: Manojit was also quite attentive and helpful Rooms are big and can accomodate one extra single bed (good that they have a bed and mattress and not just extra mattress). Balcony is decent sized and can be enjoyed. Washroom is nice size. (appreciate if they can put a swipe or mop as it gets wet during the frequent trips to pool/beach/bath)

Reception insisted on the entire payment at the time of check-in. That is bit strange especially when you already have your credit card on file with them and paid part of the booking online. Outside taxi union guys are okay; did not have a great experience with them. Hotel is 1-1.5 km away from market or official beach entry from Calangute so you need a taxi (if with family)

The place and food was awesome. The location also too good. Staff was nice and helpful. Pool was very clean. Family can easily stay. Breakfast was very good

The cab facility

Hotel location is near to the beach. Good car parking space is available. Two swimming pools are functional and available. Service staffs are friendly.

Food can be improved. Not like the taste. No balcony available for the corner rooms. The way to the hotel is very narrow and can be stuck if big size vehicle. They gave corner room to us with no balcony. When requested again them then said they will inform in 2 days but no shows again from them.
