Staff service little bit problems

The breakfast spread can improve a bit.

Breakfast was very good and restaurant staff was helpful and caring. Room was nice but didnt seem like it was maintained well. If the resort is doing well then they should spend in maintance. Pool looked nice, but didnt get time to use it.

Very unpleasant experience before reaching the resort. Got frantic and rude calls from the staff that regarding payment, when the booking clearly said that card details are only to block the reservation and actual payment will be processed at the time of check-in. Management should take notice. Also the approach route to the beach is very poor and a big deterrent to walk down. Better to take the conventional route through the market to Candolim beach. Management can easily spend to make this approach to the beach better, so people can access the beach easily.

Clean, bright, well-maintained. Executive suite was very spacious with lovely balcony. Nice pool and eating area.

Fitness facility a bit dated

Difficult for the taxi drivers to find the hotel from the main road because the hotel was a bit secluded. The pool had lots of sand and dead insects in it. The quality of the furniture around the pool was quite poor and there were not always towels there. The room had a bad smell and there were ants in the bathroom.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Location was great, beach was barely 100meters from the property.
