Very clean and comfy room with great wifi speed avaiable all the time. Good buuffet options for dinner and breakfast.

Room had metallic doors for bath, entrance etc, also there was strange double metallic door in middle of the room. Response on message via booking.com was very slow to almost none. No body showed up at ther airport for the requested shuttle service.

The attendant in the restaurant should always keep close eyes on the guest, I witnessed a guest coughing near the food at the restaurant.

Refurbished spacious rooms with everything you need (iron & ironing board, minibar, kettle and even an espresso machine). Better value than the neighbouring Mövenpick (but still quite pricey!)

Gym is very cramped. Only 2 treadmills and one crosstrainer which always seem to be busy. Restaurant has very poor vegetarian selection. So called baguette sandwich with sweet potatoe fries was not baguette and the fries were just normal potatoes and took 40 minutes to arrive when the restaurant wasn't busy at all.

Booking arrangements were not managed properly between booking.com and the hotel. Air conditioning didn't work for at least 30 minutes after checkin. The bed had a clip that wouldn't stay put. The bed would literally come unhooked at the slightest thump on the bed.

Food was EXCELLENT!! no matter if it’s breakfast or lunch. We did not eat dinner because we were full from breakfast and lunch buffets. The wait staff is warm and friendly. The grounds were immaculate and there was security all around. The front office staff was very nice. The tennis court access was refreshing, too. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean.

The bed was not too comfortable, mattress sinking on one side.
