I am absolutely desparated with this hotel, and it’s service. The hotel is situated in zone of the airport, but it’s impossible to make check in after 11 p.m. Is that normal for hotels near the airport?!! But this thing is possible to find out only after booking, when u write to them. They told me this only the next day when it was impossible to make cancellation for free. they just told they will cancel, but today the price was charged from me, when I called they told that it was not cancelled, because i didn’t cancel it via booking, but how could I do this for free the next day when there was no this option??! and only because of they responded to me after 12 hours! Don’t recommend this hotel, better to search longer but to find that one that takes care of hospites.

It was clean
The lady was mad that we didn’t want to take the shuttle with them from the airport, and then when we asked for the shuttle to the airport she was very rude and said I should take the taxi as well ( ps: no taxis in the area). In the end she offered the shuttle, but it was a very stressful situation because we were not sure if we could get her shuttle and reach the airport on time.

Very friendly staff. Limited English, but enough for anything needed. Free pick-up from the local train station, and very affordable trip to airport early in the morning. Wifi was fast and reliable, good coffee and a nice pastry-style breakfast in the morning. Great little restaurant only a 10min walk away

the communication with the people in this hotel is very bad, I called several times to request a different check in time however no contact was made until it was too late cancel the booking. they took my money and did not let me stay here, I had to book an entire place here . would not suggest booking here if you want a peaceful trip

Excellent place near the airport. Picked us up at the station and for a good price dropped us off at the airport.

The Room was very big and comfortable. I travelld with my baby and needed a place to stay close to Malpensa airport. They even had cots for babies that you could rent at 7 Eur.
The airport transfer service. It costs 20 Eur, but is not even a shuttle, is the son of the owner in a small, uncomfortable car that takes you to the airport. The guy drove far beyond the speed limit and I had to ask him to slow down since he was driving with a baby as a passenger. I do not mind paying the shuttle costs, but I would have expected a different type of shttle. It woud have been more hinest for them to tell me to call a taxi instead of getting the 20 euro and to be taken in an airport in a coupe car. Not even the stroller could fit in there, and I did not even have luggage.

We were stopping here for one night when travelling back from Italy to Belgium. Found the place easily - it's indicated with signs. Upon arrival we were allowed to park on the premises (for free) which was great. The room itself is was nice and spacious, with airco. Beds were a bit hard, but that's not new in Italy :) Same goes for the ants that welcomed us at the door, but there's not much you can do about that. The host was very welcoming, did the best she could in English to give us all the info - wifi, place to go eat at night. She also served us breakfast in the morning ; really nice. All in all, a very good bnb - strongly recommended.
There are some pictures of a swimming pool on internet - probably pictures from other guests. But the pool is private, so you won't be swimming there. But the hosts are not at fault here.

Very good option for who has to get a plane or is arriving and want a cheap and close place from the airport.
Clean, comfortable and the owners are friendly, she took me to the train station.
There also a shared kitchen and living room that you can use.
