The strategic location..

I have always love Mega hotel since it’s in the heart of the city. The last time I stayed here was before covid.. & this time I was so disappointed. The hallway smelled like an old place (I know it is but if you maintained it well, the smelled won’t be there). I have a few issues with my room : (Room 319) 1. On the ceiling in my room, there were plenty of “kamitetep”. (you can google how it looks) 2. Some plugs are not working. 3. Toilet leakage. 4. Bathroom are not properly cleaned. 5. Dirty air vents. 6. The air vent in the bathroom is not working. I was too tired to request for room change. But I guess that would be my last stay in Mega Hotel..

The breakfast selection was good and location is convenient. No issues there

Spacious room ,but the aircon is a bit hot.

I hope you can provide parking space around the ground floor due to from the basement does not provide any lift

- toilet flushing pressure to low. Need two to three time flush. - no lift access to basement parking.

Everything! The location is nearby with the shopping mall. Food restaurant can be access easily. Hotel also provide sejadah

Do not have lift from basement parking to lobby area.
