I am giving 10 as everything was really good without problems. Only few items we were missing in app. (as per below)but nothing that would make me to put less then 10. App was perfectly clean with enough space, Location is very good about 40m from main street and 100m from boat station to go to Venice. Owner provided needed information for parking which is not offered by property. There is no parking option in old town at all.

we were missing only few items: kettle, bottle opener, can opener. But again minor things. Now about parking (not connected with property as not offered by property so only FYI), there is parking garage in the port area that is for 12EUR a day (24rhs as its 50cent per hour) but to get space during season you need to park in am hours, in afternoon its a challenge as there is only one floor for 12EUR per day, everything else is more expensive. Guy that works there is nice and helpful even offered me disabled lot on one evening and I changed next morning. But easily you can find no space if arriving after 4pm. There is also public car park in this location but again to find space only during am hours cost is 4EUR/day but next day its till 8:00 no matter when you buy ticket day before. Just wanted to share some experience as I did struggle with parking on few occasions. Last option is car park on the bridge from Chioggia to Sottomarina that usually has space any hour but its far away. There is also very small area that is free parking but really never free space.

The location is really good and close to the wonderful canals and restaurants. It is one hour 10 to Venice which makes for a nice day trip. The decor was very nice and modern. The one bedroom a very good size. The kitchen was well equipped, and the washing machine was an added bonus. The building was on a quiet street.

We were four adults and this particular apt was clearly only meant for two adults. Our guests had to find other accommodations at the last moment even though I sent the owners a message asking if it was spacious enough for us all to which they confirmed. They did offer us an extra bedroom at a cost of 75 euros per night, which was unacceptable. We did not appreciate having to walk so far to the parkade, 1 km away. Oops forgot my shoes and have to hike back. We didn't use the carpark the second night and gave plenty of notice but were not reimbursed, never heard back although we left a note. The bed and pillows were hard ( and for my husband to complain, they have to be), and we ended up sleeping on the pullout located in the kitchen. There were extra fees for our pet all though none were specified. They only provided one key which was inconvenient. No receipt provided for our stay...hmmm

The lovely small apartment is spread over four floors and located in the heart of old town Chioggia. Everything is provided, a kitchen, bathroom and washing machine. Great host, fluent in English. We liked absolutely everything!
