Fenomenalna lokalizacja. Uroczy plac Piazza. Bardzo blisko: port, nadmorska promenada, plaża, lokale gastronomiczne, dworzec Georgian Bus, stacja marszrutek oraz kolejka linowa Argo. Hotelowa restauracja zlokalizowana jest na trzecim piętrze sąsiadującej z obiektem wieży górującej na Piazza, co jest dość oryginalnym i atrakcyjnym rozwiązaniem.
Sporym dysonasem w stosunku do standardu obiektu była jakość śniadań. Tuż po otwarciu restauracji (8:00) zimne parówki, zimna jajecznica, brak jakiegokolwiek pieczywa (poza chlebem tostowym), czerstwe croissant'y, kawa oraz herbata dostępna dopiero po kilkunastu minutach, brak małych łyżeczek, których substytitem były mało wygodne cieniutkie drewniane mieszadełka. Generalnie można się posilić, ale ogólnie rzecz biorąc poziom śniadań zdecydowanie nie przystaje do ogólnej oceny hotelu. Wniosek jest taki, że nie wykluczając kolejnej wizyty w tym hotelu, ze śniadań raczej nie skorzystamy.

Location is superb, many restaurants and leisure places nearby. Room was very warm despite December. Every day room cleaning is provided.
Reception staff was very helpful.
Sound proofing was nonexistent. If neighbours talk loudly or have sex - you will hear it very clearly. The bells outside are also audible even with closed balcony door. It adds to atmosphere but if you want to sleep longer - you won't be able to.
Overall room seem to have seen better days. It is not outright broken but definitely asking for stain cleaning and cosmetic renovation.

the location was excellent. the breakfast was very good but they never switch up the meals. the rooms are very clean and so is the bathroom. there is an elevator. and a ramp for wheelchairs
the receptionist were very rude when we arrived. the one with short black hair was very rude and not understanding of anything we were saying t. the other three receptionists however were good

it’s truly centrally located, many bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops are nearby
I believe it needs some renovations, especially in bathroom. towels should be thrown away as they are very old.

სასტუმრო დავჯავშნე სადაც ეწერა რომ საუმე ღირდა ოცი ლარი. ადმინისტრატორმაც დამიდასტურა რომ ღირსა ოცი ლარი.
დილით როცა ჩავედი სასაუზმოდ კაფეში მიმტანმა თუ მენეჯერმა მითხრა რომ საუზმე ღირდა 27.50 ლარი. როდესაც ერთი კაცი ხარ, კარგი მაგრამ ოჯახით რომ ხარ სხვაობა შემსაჩნევია, თან ჯავშნის დროს ითვალისწინებ ყველაფერს მათ შორის საუზმის ფასსაც. ადმინისტრატორს რომ ვკითხე ისევ მიპასუხა რომ 20 ლარი ღირდა და კითხვაზე რატო გადამაცდევინეს 27.50 არ ვიცი აქ რო გადაგეხადათ ოცი ლარია და იქ ალბათ მომსახურეობის პროცენტიო. ანუ 20 ლარიდან 7,50 მომსახურების პროცენტია? სწორად გავიგე? არსად არაა მომსახირება 30% ეს ერთი და მეორეც, დილი საუზმე და სასადილო სასტუმროს ნაწილი არაა? სხვადასვზა ფასი რატოა, მითუმეტეს როცა ვჯავშნი 20 ლარად და მხდევა მესამედით მეტი იმ სამარცხვინო საუზმეაი ძველი პური და აყრილებული კრუასანი რომ მოყვა. მე არ ვიცი რამდენი დღის დაძველებით იყო კრუასანი, ისე რომ ესეთი აუნი აუვიდეს. სამარცხვინო მომსახურეობა და ხარისხი.
გადახედეთ ჩემს წინა რევიუებს ამ სასტუმროზე და მიხვდებით რომ სრულიად ობიექტირი ვარ და არანაირი პირადი მიზეზი არ მამოძრავებს ამხელა ტექსტი დამეწერა. ეს იყო ჩემი ბოლო ვიზიტი თქვენს სასტუმროში.

Daily housekeeping is not very common at this rate for room - but they did it. When we checked in and heard music from the square outside we were scared it would be hard to sleep - but the music stopped at 21:30. The reception was very helpful in everything I asked them. Good breakfast served in another hotel at the square.
We didn't plan to stay here actually, we had another booking nearby, but the other hotel closed for a week and we had to change the plans. We booked Piazza Four Colours and... we never regretted. It was a very good luck!
