Very friendly staff. Always ready to help. The facility is very good for a family stay or for having great time in the surroundings of Velingrad. Beds are very comfortable.

We have to switch off the refrigerator because it is a little bit noisy.

It’s very quiet, you mostly have the place to yourselves and maybe 2-3 other families. Kitchen is self service and you can use anything, plenty of barbecues to choose from. Doesn’t have a swimming pool but there is very nice one across the street. Staff was really nice. Overall, pretty basic but for really good value so pretty happy.

We got a room that was meant for 4 but it was pushing it a bit. 2 single beds and 1 double but the double was pretty small, more like for a person and a half. The bathroom was also pretty basic which is not a problem but it doesn’t ventilate well so was a bit smelly. We saw the rooms for 3 and they are much nicer.

When booking a 2 star hotel you might be wary as to what you'll end up getting. For me, the place is quiet, clean, large room (304) with ensuite shower/wetroom, and quite importantly double glazing with mosquito netting on the windows. This hotel is not in the centre so you'll need some way of getting there, but that's obvious in the hotel details and map location so shouldn't be a surprise for anyone. Victor (manager) was pleasant to deal with and was not invasive of my privacy during my visit. I'll stay there again if I'm in Velingrad.

Location is fine. Away from the hustle of crowds. Hospitable hosts. Victor, thank you for all. Warm welcome, warm room and facilities in a cold, freezing and snowy day and night.

Price/conditions ratio - best.

Plenty of room for two of us, bathroom is big enough as well, variety of TV channels, warm water. Big parking/yard, good value for the money paid.

Heating in room was somewhat inadequate in the mornings.
