Tropical Family Villa, With Parking, Close to Dining & Easy Beach Access
Unsere Villa Serena mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern (für 8 Personen) ist von tropischen Pflanzen umgeben, die ein großartiges Leben im Innen- und Außenbereich ermöglichen.
5 Minuten zu Fuß zu einigen der schönsten Strände in Puerto Rico und 10 Minuten. zum Flughafen, Old San Juan, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich eine große Anzahl von Pflanzen und Bäumen, und dies hat den Effekt, dass es zu einer kleinen Oase für Vögel und einer Vielzahl von Coquí wird, einem kleinen Laubfrosch, der für das Auge fast unsichtbar ist (es hat die Größe eines kleinen Baumes) Fingernagel). Die Pflanzen und Bäume isolieren die Geräusche der Stadt, und die Lieder der Vögel während des Tages und der Köche in der Nacht geben Ihnen das Gefühl, auf dem Land zu sein.

You would definitely need a vehicle to get to everything it like a ten minutes drive which makes it awesome cause your near everything like right in the middle and plus as soon as you pull out the community beautiful view of the ocean and house is secure and cozy several amenities there to help with cooking and washing I'll definitely be back

Very comfortable living area with 2 master bedrooms each with its own bathroom so good privacy. Great location close to many good restaurants & easy to get around. I’d recommend it highly

My family stayed here for a few days and it was perfect. Everything that was needed was provided for us and we felt completely safe in the area. The only thing that I will add is that the water pressure was very weak but everything else was completely fine.

The water pressure went out for a few hours but it began to flow again. May have to purchase pots and pans I had to fry steaks in the little pan and the big pot but it worked out my steaks were delicious. I couldn't find the trash bags so called Marco and the bags were brought right over Thanks! Overall the house is very spacious, beds are comfy and its a gated community which we appreciated. The house is stocked up with alot of beach chairs, towels, books and games to play with family. There's alot kitchenware and appliances. Thanks

It met our needs for our stay

The location was excellent and the Marco Polo team were excellent every step of the way. Even though our flight was early they were able to at least accommodate our bags so we wouldn’t have to carry them while waiting to check-in. The house had everything we needed and felt right at home. Even the kitty that roams the exterior of the property was welcoming. Will definitely stay here again.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Location is good, assuming you have a car (we did). The gated community aspect is nice from a safety perspective however it makes walking anywhere almost impossible unless you want to go out and around.
The property requires about 6 keys to successfully work the front gate, front door and car parking. Once you figure out what goes where it's fine but is a little confusing at first.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was well appointed and communication with the property management was fantastic!
I would recommend replacing the shower heads, area rugs, and the couches have probably lived their lives.
We would absolutely stay here again!

The house is exactly as pictured in the photos. The kitchen is big enough & has enough equipment to make meals. A real plus was closeness of the local market, literally 2 blocks away. My favorite part of the house was the outdoor space, a great place to sit, read, play games & relax. A nice home base to explore P.R. A suggestion would be to ask for a side door key for all the side doors in & out of the community, it will make your life easier.

The place is as described - walking distance to the beach and central to many of the attractions in San Juan. The property manager was very responsive and always available. They left a lovely welcome package with everything from drinks, milk, bread, eggs, etc that you will need to get settled in and avoid running to the store as soon as you get there. We appreciated that a lot! Some of the beds need to be upgraded - sagged a bit in the middle and there were a few leaks (maybe due to the constant rains and hurricanes) but property manager addressed them quickly. I would recommend this property.

Everything that he explained was right on point. The only downside is that they need to explain the access to the beach needs a key for the gate. But the rest of the stay was awesome and a really good experience. I would recommend to everyone.

We had an amazing time in Ocean Beach and Old San Juan was 10 minutes away. The house met our needs and was fully equipped for all our needs including a bbq. We were welcomed by a site manager when we called and she assisted us getting settled. The only detractor of the stay was the nightly power outages. One night was only twenty minutes, but another was over two hours. If we come back to Puerto Rico, I would definitely stay here again. The house kitty that visited made our stay feel like we were at home. (We have 4 cats) The coqui in the garden sang to us through out the night and it truly felt like a tropical vacation.

The pictures on line must've been taken a while ago, the unit doesn't appear like the pictures on line. The premises needs some upgrading, one thing I can say is when we needed anything fixed maintenance took care of it right of way. Judith was very nice and professional please let her know that I think that she was great and has a good personality and and asset to your company. Overall it was convenient to everything and worth the price we paid.

Great place for our group of four friends to visit. It was clean, no issues with water or appliances and it had everything we needed. Outdoor space was great to sit and chat. Only issue was figuring out how to walk/drive in and out of neighborhood. You can only access from the north, all other gates are locked.

Marco polo collection really impresses me! Everything was great! We had a super time in Puerto Rico! The house was close to the beach, the bakery kasalta is a few minute drive and to die for! It was close to old San Juan, bars/clubs, beaches, museum, casinos and fine dining! We never had to drive really far!

Overall we had a nice experience. Ville was very nice . We had 6 people plenty of room. Just a problem with the water in the showers. The master shower you can’t even use it just drips. So a bit challenging 6 people to use one shower. The keys to get in and out of ville should be labeled. Takes 10 min just to get in and out of the house. Other than that we had a great time in San Juan .

Cozy Family Home!
This house is great for families or groups up to 8 people. Well equipped, everything in working order, very clean. Very close to Loiza Street full of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and vintage stores where locals eat and entertain. Very safe and secure location, close to Ocean Park beach and Condado area. Close to airport. Uber works perfectly fine for transportation to and from any location around San Juan area.
Definitely reccomended.
