The room was clean and staff were friendly. There's a 7-Eleven just downstairs which really a bonus in-case you'd need to get something. Some eateries also just across the street give you an options, otherwise you can just walk along Macalister St for more.

The counter staff were very polite and accommodating. The room was spacious and decor was simple. It was a very pleasant short stay for me. Will definitely return to this hotel whenever a trip to Georgetown is required.

The room has beautiful view, it's clean, the house keeping staffs are nice. They've always cooperated with us. It's spacious and we'll equipped.
The receptionist lady is bit rude. I arrived few hours early before check in and when I arrived I was sick and I requested if she could make some arrangements for me I was ready to pay for extra hours, but she refused. I also asked since the previous client left at 12, if she could make the room ready faster and allow me to check in early, but she totally didn't bother. I was lying in the reception couch with fever and cough. So I didn't like her attitude there. Anyways I was for official work so I didn't have much choice of moving out. However other than that I had a good experience in the hotel. Lovely place to be.

Stayed there for the convenience of walking to Island Hosp where my mother was warded.
Front desk staff were helpful.
Towels were old and yellow. Rooms not well cleaned. Found a used mask on the floor next to bed.

Staff is very friendly. This is our second stay there for CNY However next year we will need to find a more affordable place to stay as our kids are no longer young and we were told we need to book a different and more expensive room 😭. .
We did not realised that we need to put up the tag to have our room cleaned. Only realised by night time when we came back and noticed that our room was not cleaned and amenities were not top up.

Hotel as efficient as on previous stay. Rooms spacious and clean.
Breakfast no longer buffet, now choices from limited menu. No refund allowed for booked breakfasts. Staff in restaurant very efficient and polite.

When I book with 2 single bed, booking.com app didn't show not available/sold out but the hotel keep responding subject to availability until I reach there they asked me to upgrade to a little larger room with additional paid RM20. By right they should upgrade for me not asking me to paid additional. There is one guy when I called, it seem upset. But the next day another girl much better. I have stay there before, why I must bear such upgrade, if no then from the app show already sold but it was not. 😕 Very disappointed. It either the booking.com app issue or the hotel issues. To me both party issues and treat us, the guest like we are not important and we are the one who paid for it.

Highly recommend this hotel. It is centrally located in a convenient area, close to a lot of attractions. From the start, the check in was smooth and done before check-in time. Rooms were clean, tidy and organised and the facilities in the room were in top working conditions to the point we wanted to stay longer. The service was perfect and the staff were always ready to help. Thank you very much for amazing stay and all the best for the future.

The staff is helpful. Daily room cleanning, onsite laundry and 24/7 convince store are plus.
Not a very lively neighborhood. But not very far from Gurney eather.
