The apartment was centrally located in Bellagio. Two bedrooms were both spacious, one a little bigger than the other but perfect for a child which is where our toddler stayed. The AC worked well along with the heat.

Fantastic location. Set back from road so it was quiet but within a minute all bars restaurants & village on the doorstep. Put the st in the garage and used boats to get around. Beautiful decor, spotlessly clean, excellent throughout. Comfy beds. Great towels & plenty of them. Air con in every room was brilliant as it was 36c when we were there. Lovely little balcony to sit out in cooler evening m.
There is nothing at all negative about this property in our view but be aware there are about 40 steps up to the flat (2nd floor and no lift) We can’t recommend it highly enough. Monique & Paolo the hosts were fantastic, loads of useful info, met us and helped take luggage up

The hosts are extremely kind and helpful and gave so many useful tips! The apartment is indeed a pearl. The location can't be more perfect.. A few steps down and you arrive at the lake. The best ice cream in Bellagio and so many great restaurants are close by. The apartment is very clean and modern and the two bedrooms are very useful if you are traveling with kids. All the beautiful alleys of Bellagio city center are very close to the apartment so I would recommend to get lost in them and enjoy the vibes and shops!

Location is fantastic being situated right in the heart of Bellagio. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. Communication from the hosts was excellent; they provided all the information in advance and were very helpful with suggestions to make our visit to Lake Como perfect.

Everything. The location is just perfect and the apartment is like new. The owners are amazing, they offered us the possibility of pick up service from como (paid service but normal price what was great), gave us all the information needed (and more) and they were ready to help us and answer our questions all the time. It was my first time in Bellagio and I will for sure come back and stay in this place again 😊

The apartment is wonderful! It is located on the busiest and most beautiful shopping street. Clean, cozy, with everything you need. Only one street is from the coast and the steps are no challenge. They pass a little and are easy, even pleasant. Below the apartment there is a wonderful restaurant. The hosts Paolo and Monica are extremely kind and responsive. They help with luggage and are amazing guides for Como. They are wonderful! I strongly recommend!
