Landlord was very approachable and communicative. Location was good, walking distance to the metro and train stations. Great groceries and fruit stores around. You can find almost everything you may need for a short stay at home. And landlord was nice enough to leave a city information booklet, chocolate and bottle of water on the table for our arrival.

The property was smaller than we expected. We also stayed at other apartments in Spain and comparatively this was the most expensive, yet the smallest apartment for the family of three. There are 2 single beds and one couch in the living room, which wasn’t extremely comfortable. Sheets and pillows were ok. Bathroom was clean, but narrow making it difficult to navigate with a child. The window opening in the living room faces neighbors in a very close proximity and as an allergic to the cigarette smoke, it was difficult for me to sleep windows open. Also, when I arrived it was pouring rain and I got soaking wet. The landlord was nice enough to let me leave my bags before the check in hours, but the cleaning lady was kind of strict when I asked if I can change my wet clothes (after some convincing requests she allowed it though). Lastly, there was not enough storage place in the apartment. Only one tiny closet, in which half was locked and another half was filled with bedding. We had to use our suitcases as a closet, which was kind of inconvenient.

The apartment is clean and in a quiet environment. The location is excellent. Just 5-10 minutes walking from Collblanc train station (direct train from the airport), and you can go anywhere downtown by train, which is very convenient. The host is nice. He allows us to check out at 12:00 since our fight is till 16:20.

Really close to different train lines and busses! Owners tip book was a bless not expected! Also owner was really helpful with us in all our needs!

It smelled like tobacco (even though smokin isn't allowed) so we assumed previous visitors didn't really follow up the rules. Also, place might be tight for 4 people like we were, but a couple should be more than good here!!

very bad smell of sewer in all the appartment and mold that is impossible to sleep at night - host not responsive or reachable to solve the issues only through text - photos do not reflect the exact real place, it is not as shiny as it is, very dirty place and not well lit with sun light, highly not recommended.

The location, 5 minutes walking to metro station and 10 minutes more to city centre. Beds are very comfortable. Friendly staff. Additionally, the apartment is very clean and the area offers a multitude of food options, restaurants and supermarkets.

Bathroom were a little small in size but enough.
