Location was excellent, beautiful views, great staff. Close to many walks and forest areas. Bed was comfortable room was a good size, had a balcony with fireplace but the wood was damp so it didn't burn well. We had booked 3 nights left after 2 and the owner was very accommodating

Fireplace always smoked and first night even in the lobby was cold and smokey Room was cold and damp windows had huge gaps filled with paper but was a cold draft all night. Yes I know mountains etc but it's a beautiful place but check out your room as it needs work in at least the east facing one Jacuzzi ice cold on a windy cold deck with an exceptional view

It is pretty noisy. our room was fine, but where our girls were sleeping, the people on top of that room made a lot of noise and they didn't sleep well. The other part is that breakfast was at 9. we are early risers and we were there for a competition, so 9 am was really too late. A solution would have been to give us a breakfast box, or at least some fruit or coffee, but nothing was possible. I think 9 am for breakfast is very late and so we missed it and had to go to a supermarket to get some

The place is well located and have a lot of potential, pictures were exactly like the reality, however the place is not well managed. It was our first anniversary, and it was ruined. They offer a lot if assistance before check in, but when there is something in your room they simply don't care.

When we arrived, we found a sexual toy from a previous guest, staff came back and gave us a pizza, lol. Noisy neighbors and staff did not care. Very dirty Jacuzzi and items for breakfast. It was a 180 usd room night, we expected at least a clean room and a good staff response

Breakfast is great, location is perfect, very peaceful and quite for a romantic escape to the Mountains in Heredia's area. COVID measures applied.

I think the price is too high for the offer. The place is nice but you can find options with less money and a similar or superior service and quality of rooms very near from there.
