Very nice hosts , Miguel’s sister lives onsite and is such a lovely lady , we had lots of chats with her when we needed information about the island.
Really great location also , just off the main strip and 5 minute walk from the beach .
Only 2 things was that 1 of the beds was a very odd shape kind of like a hammock banana , so the kids used the sofa bed instead.
The property can get very hot inside, they do supply you with a fan , but even still it was so hot of a night inside, I was sleeping outside on the sun beds haha

It was central to everything and the washing machine was a godsend. The fridge/freezer was a great size to.

The owner (a nice man) met me when I arrived. The first floor apartment was spacious and well equipped. There was a balcony with a view of other local properties but there was a small garden area below as well. It was close to the strip and there were a few closer shops. Not a proper apartment complex with a pool etc but I knew that. It was really a residential area. There was a childrne's playground outside. All in all a pleasent place to stay if you don't need any more than a place to sleep and relax.

Everything was just perfect.Very clean apartment ,big enough for 2,modern facilities ,internet is super fast.You got all the english,German channels ,so you can choose whichever you like it.Also,even been provided 2 coffe maker,one for filter coffe and another for ground coffee.The owner ,Miguel is a very nice and helpful gentleman .We'll rebooking again,very soon,for sureOh yes and a location is perfect also,everything in 3 minuutes walk,supermarkets ,bars,restaurants ,etc..

Well located and really clean apartment. Has everything you need in the kitchen, beds are so comfy and the host is brilliant! Thank you can’t wait to come back!
Just that there is a playground outside and kids will be shouting until 12am but that is outside of the hosts control!

would have been lovely to have air con as it was very hot at night, but in fairness, we knew on booking there was no air con. it was just a very hot November

Conveniently close to the strip yet far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. patio got the sun all day. more than enough towels, toilet rolls, bin bags and soap. Apartment was very well cleaned prior to arrival. All appliances are clean and working. Good sized cups for a proper brew. No air conditioning but good portable fan available.
There was nothing I didn't like, but the bed could be quieter. Our was a bit creaky.

Very spacious 2 bed apartment with everything supplied just off the main strip. As we travelled as a couple and only booked on day of arrival as we were on a stand by ticket with the airline so we were glad to have got somewhere at such late notice and were happy to pay the supplement for the 2nd bedroom Great little touches in the apartment like shopping trolley and shopping bags, plenty of towels plus there was a washing machine with washing powder etc. Nice sunny balcony to relax Miquel and Concha really lovely and very helpful people.
A safe in the apartment would have been nice as we carried our passports with us at all times even though the apartment was very secure and in a safe area.

The location was perfect for us as we had two exceptional walks that suited us. We were situated a short distance in from the middle of the promenade just as you enter the Porto del Carmen district. The Spar supermarket on the corner opened early and closed at 22:00. We had everything at our door step. The area was quiet at night as we were on the Airport side and 3 minutes walk inland from the promenade.

Close to beaches and restaurants.. All facilities are more than adequate. We were lucky finding parking near by apartment. Conchi and Miguel are great hosts, very obliging.
Would have loved Air conditioning in bedrooms but Conchi supplied us with a column fan..

Very nice hosts, apartment perfectly located to explore the island. A very nice small beach, sheltered from the wind, in just about 7 min walking distance (Playa El Barranquillo). Shops and restaurants as well. Recommended :)

The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Miguel was extremely helpful and flexible during our stay. Very short walk to the main part of the resort but still a very quiet neighbourhood. All facilities in the apartment worked very well and were well maintained.

Had everything we needed. Apartment had sun on the balcony all day. Some English tv channels. Miquel was very helpful - nothing was too much trouble.
The main door didn’t have the apartment numbers outside so a little confusing to begin with.

Location. Very quiet although minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants.
Smooth handover. Very clean. Lots of kitchen equipment and towels etc. Both bedrooms were large. Good outside area and seating. I would recommend this apartment to anyone!

Great location , Miguel was super helpful at all times, apartment was spotless and had all necessary facilities
Hot water for shower ran out quickly , you do need to time showers to allow the water to reheat between (although Miguel did increase the temp for us to help with this)
Not much kitchen worktop space although no problem unless preparing meals for eating in.

So near Puerto Del Carmen restaurant and shop's. Miguel was a caring host left lovely bottle of Cava and cakes for my husband Peter 70th Birthday
