This was our family’s first time in Wildwood. With 3 kids, location was very important to us. We were a block from the boardwalk and beach. We were also close to good restaurants. So everything was within walking distance, which made our stay easy and convenient. As others have mentioned, the parking situation is tight. I would not recommend bringing a car larger than a small SUV to make life easier. After we figured out the best place to get into the garage by backing into it, the parking was not a big issue. Plus once you park, there really is no reason to drive since everything is within walking distance. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some of our meals. Overall we all had a great time in Wildwood. We enjoyed all the fun at the beach in a great location with access to everything we could need.

My family stayed at this property for the Beach Blast Tournament weekend. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The property was clean, the owner was very communicative, and the location was perfect for what we needed to accomplish over the long weekend (soccer games, boardwalk, restaurants, etc.). We enjoyed our stay very much! Only a couple of observations/things to keep in mind: - Two of the beds are listed as queen-sized. That was inaccurate. Our queen-sized sheets were too big for the mattresses. We're pretty sure they were full sized mattresses. Plan accordingly with your linens. - The parking space in the garage is very narrow and low. We have a mid-sized SUV (3-row) and we had challenges pulling in. We had to take our Thule carrier off the top of it to pull in and it took a few dozen K-turns to navigate in and out of the garage. Keep that in mind when you're thinking of what kind of vehicle you have. - The property is on the third floor (two flights up). It wasn't a problem for us, but if you have little ones who have trouble with stairs or senior citizens who have health issues you may want to consider that. As I said, overall we did enjoy our stay at the property. These are just things we would advise future renters of in advance.

This was our second stay at the property. It has a wonderful location so close to the boardwalk and beach. The unit has all the comfrots of home. Having a third bathroom is very convenient. The hosts are very accomodating and want to make sure you are settled in and are available should you need anything. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Property and owner were amazing. Perfect location for all we were looking for. Everything you could need, is in/on the property. Communication with the owner was fantastic. She was very nice.

Spacious property with lovely deck. Located close to the wildwood sign and many great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, clean property

The condo was beautiful. There were a lot of steps up to it which we were warned about prior to booking. Getting in and out of the garage was difficult because it was a tight space. But the condo was very clean, beautiful, and at an excellent location. It was perfect for my 81 year old mother to walk to the beach. The hosts were in touch regularly and everything related to checking in and out was so easy!!

3rd year in a row staying here. Close to the beach, boardwalk, and other fun things in Wildwood. Great setup with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Having the washer/dryer is a huge bonus for us having a family of 5.

We love staying at this location, the owners are great people to deal with from start to finish, house is always clean and very comfortable, the location is minutes from the beach and boardwalk which is convenient, also has a small garage that fits our Durango, bikes and beach stuff. Definitely would recommend.

A very nice property with a great location. The condo was clean and serviceable, and had everything we needed. Parking, however, is practically impossible if your vehicle is bigger than a small SUV. We had to purchase a permit from the city for $150 for the week. I wish I had been told of that in advance. Other than that, I would definitely use this property again.

We stayed at this property for our daughters dance competition. The listing was very accurate. Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was great! Two blocks to the beach. The property manager was in communication during the check-in process and when we exited. Overall I highly recommend!

Beds were comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, owner very accommodating.

The place was nice, spacious, and clean. The owners were very helpful. The garage is hard to park in, but the owners were helpful with that and told us it’s better to back the car in.

We loved the property. We all had a great time. The property owner was easy to contact and very quick and responsive with any questions I had.

We had a great stay in Wildwood! The property is just as described and really well-maintained. We loved relaxing on the balcony, and it's a short 5 minute walk to the boardwalk and "Wildwoods" sign. Mudhen Brewery is also within walking distance. Like the other reviews mentioned, the garage can be a bit of a tight squeeze to get into, but not bad. Jongmi, our host, was in touch well before the trip and let us know to bring our own paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc), and do bring dish/bathroom soaps and condiments/cooking oils that you need. No trash or extra "stuff" (food in the fridge, items left on countertops, etc) can be left per the cleaning company guidelines. The property has both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, FYI. Great stay and we appreciate all the info from Jongmi in advance!

The condo unit was lovely. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was great!!

The first thing that my family and I noticed when we arrived was how clean the property was kept. It is close to the boardwalk and beach. The property owner was attentive to all of the questions we had and very responsive to any concerns. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to wildwood,nj.

This is our second year staying at this property and it is now our annual tradition. Our small children call this their "Vacation Home" which is the perfect way to describe it because it truly feels like a home instead of a rental house! It is super clean, with lots of room (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms!) There are stairs to go up, but it is great being on the top floor as no one is above us. On Fridays, you can see the boardwalk fireworks from the balcony! It feels secure knowing there is an indoor garage space for your car and beach supplies. It is close to the famous Wildwood sign with beach balls. And only a few blocks from amazing ice cream at Sea Shell! The owners are fantastic to work with and communicate well.

We rented this for our weekly stay in wildwood, the place is very clean and in a good location, everything was as advertised and the owners are great at communicating and are good hosts just a fyi there are steps to enter, will definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo. Pleasantly surprised by the size of it. Amenities inside were excellent. Location is near the beach, restaurants, shopping, and boardwalk. View off balcony isn't that good, but that's really the only drawback. Walk 1 block and you are on the beach. Bring a cart or something to lug your stuff to the beach. The beach is extremely deep there, so its is a long walk to get to the ocean once you get to the boardwalk. Drive 20 minutes to Cape May and shop on Washington Street. There is a winery and brewery over there too.

The place was very nice! Jongmi was an excellent host who was very helpful. Location is just a block or two away from the beach. You can see the Friday night fireworks on the boardwalk from the balcony! Her house was incredibly clean and there are three full bathrooms. Thanks for a lovely vacation at your place!

Most of the house in Wildwoods are like places for partying, not much of furniture nor decoration, but a place to sleep. However, this house was very nicely decorated. Make you feel like home. It has 3 bedrooms with 3 baths, perfect for our group of 6. The house is very close to the boardwalk. We could see the 4th of July fireworks from the terrace. The house was very clean. The central A/C was great plus in the hot summer days. Many good restaurants in walking distance. Word of advise for the future guests, please put away every single item back to where it belongs. We consider ourselves very thoughtful guests. We always left our shoes outside the door. We washed off sands, before entering the house, and never touched any decorations in the house. All the trashes were taken to dumper, after we checked out. However, after we checked out, we got the messages from the host saying that for many year of renting, this is the first time the place left as this condition, along with 3 photos forwarded from the cleaning lady, one picture with clean dished on the drying rack, one picture of clean pots on the stove, and 2 empty soda bottles left under the sink cabinet, which we forgot the remove, because left out for recycle. Apparently the cleaning company they use does not put away anything for her. Hence, anything not put back to original places, will incur extra charge for the host, and down to the guests. To be fair, the host did reminded us many times that everything needs to be put back to the original place. We washed the dishes and pots right before checking out, and naturally thought they should be in the drying rack. The host was very nice, and called to explain to us, and she actually did not charge us the extra cleaning fee the cleaning company charged her. So, for yours and host's sake, remember to put everything back to where they were, before check out. The cleaning company they use will charge you a lot for cleaning fee, but will try to charge more, if to put back clean dishes to the cabinets. I will give the host 5 star, and the cleaning company they use, 1 star.

This was our first trip of the summer and it was amazing. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Location is excellent, close to boardwalk and beach, especially with a bunch of littles. Property owner was very kind and helpful staying in contact with us during the trip incase we needed anything. We will definitely be back and will recommend to others.

The condo was spacious and clean. Everyone was thrilled to have 3 bathrooms. The property owners communicated early the address and details to what we needed to bring for our stay. We will definitely choose this property again while staying in Wildwood.

Very clean and the location was excellent. Walking distance to the boardwalk.

This condo is close to the beach and boardwalk. It was nice to have three bathrooms with tub and shower. Kitchen is fully equipped. But, the screen door to the balcony is hard to open. Once you go out to the balcony, you can see the board walk and beach. You have to climb the stairs to get to this unit because it’s in the second floor. The parking garage’s entrance is very small. So you need to bring a small car. FYI, there are a lot of loud cars in the Wildwoods. That scares my kids. Other than that, it was nice trip and we had a great time.

Layout of home was perfect. We loved the fact that there was 3 bathroom & 2 of them where connected to 2 of the bedrooms. Owners were very nice. I thought it was so nice when they texted me the first morning just to say they hoped we all had a good night sleep.

The owner of the property was very nice,easy to communicate with,and prompt response. The property was well maintained, clean,nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay, a short walking distance to the beach, broadwalk and shopping centers. We will definitely rent the property again. I will give 10 stars if I was able to .

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped property. 3rd floor walkup isn’t for everyone, but was fine for us. Good location, close to Wildwoods Convention Ctr. Easy access to boardwalk and ginormous beach. Garage narrow but wonderful to have secure off-street parking. Lots of communication from the homeowner. Would stay again.
