The hotel design is beautifull, once you come in you see beautiful lobby, but it gives you immediatelly the relaxing feeling . The stuff is extramly nice .The room was perfect and clean. The most value for mone is the breakfast, is fresh, a lot of choice and looks beautiful. We give it a 10 !

we were on the bottom floor with window towards the parking lot which mean that technically people could look into our room. hence, we always had the curtains closed.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff! The room was very clean and the facilities in the room were great. Breakfast was fantastic, a really great variety of food and drinks. Location, 5 mins walk from town centre but in a very quiet location, minimal traffic. Private parking for a very decent price for the duration of our stay.

We had booked the apartment for a night and upon arrival found out it had been double booked and was already in use by someone else. The only room they had available still was a basic room. Huge disappointment! They gave us free parking, breakfast as well as a bottle of champagne to apologize. They felt very bad, these things can happen I guess but still a huge disappointment and not nice way to start our weekend

The hotel was modern and the facilities and convenience for the train into Maastricht was excellent

Hotel is well located and is the one of the few with air conditioning which, on the hot days of our visit, was an absolute necessity. The Bar is love,y, the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great - a wide selection available for you to choose from on the buffet.

Everything was as we would want it. We were welcomed and made fro feel that all questions and requests were welcome.

Fabulous hotel in a beautiful town. We loved every minute!

The beds were by far the most comfy beds I slept on in a hotel. The room had AC so that was amazing since a lot of places don’t in Europe. The location was amazing, right in the heart of Valkenburg. They even let us keep our car there after we checked out so we could explore the city more!

This being the usual "one night business trip stay", I would not really care that much about the superb quality of the hotel, however Hotel Scheepers really surprised me a lot ! For very competitive price they offer one of the best service around the area. Room was very nice and very clean. All of the equipment was rather new. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. I have also used the available parking at the hotel which is just in the backyard with closed gate for the night. Breakfast was basic, however for this size of hotel very, very good. Overall this would be 10/10 experience, only if the bed in my room was not permanently moving with super soft mattress. Definitely can recommend this hotel and will return back when travelling around Kerkrade and Heerlen.

- There was an open shower, so the rest of the bathroom would get wet whilst showering. - Watercooker was a bit dodgy and would shutdown whilst boiling. After several attempts it would continue. - There was a diagonal wooden beam in the room that you carefully had to walk around.
